Maybe not; Ogre's and Orcs are natural residents of Draenor, the Draenei are a species from another planet. Humans and Elves can breed to make a half-elf, and the half-elf can have children as well; but it hasn't been clarified if the Half-orc/half-human children can breed and have children as well... and they might not be able to because they are from different worlds.
They are from the same planet, yes, but they are still of entirely different species... that's what throws the wrench into my idea. I understand what you're getting at though.
Still though, has it been proven that a half-elf has given birth? I don't recall ever reading of one having a child.

The Guardian line is suppose to be passed down through genetics isn't it? And the original was a half-elf.

I don't think I've ever read anything that indicates that the Guardian has to have a lineage to the first. In the WoWWiki article, it states that one becomes the Guardian through an empowerment ritual... I didn't see anything about the bloodline being of importance.

Aye true... but something from the tale of the First Guardian: Half-elfs must be able to have children, otherwise the human girl wouldn't have wanted him as her husband, and her father wouldn't have approved as there would have been no heirs to take over the family homestead.

Still, conception could have easily been aided by magic in that case.

Arcane IVF clinics? Eggs could be frozen, after all. :o

He was only a mage, not the Guardian when she wanted him as a husband. But it could mean that the Half-breeds are viable, if someone considers one a good choice for a mate.

Still, a mage has access to magic. It could be that the girl just found him extremely attractive and wanted a lifetime of shaggery with him. That he was a mage, and could aid the process with magic if they wished to conceive is just a bonus. :D

Yeah it can. It's a definite possibility.
But still, I think my idea about applying real-world biology to Warcraft in respect to reproduction just got completely shot down with the Mok'Nathal.

What happened to all of the debate threads?
They managed to simmer down.
And I have a very, very fuzzy memory of who you are. Welcome back.

Hm, wonder if we'll see more Mimiron constructs working for the side of 'good' come Cataclysm?

Who knows, but I wouldn't bet my money on it. The closest we'll probably get is some kind of new titan construct in Uldum (or whatever that place in Tanaris is called).

I don't know; could be some tie in to finding out the 'truth' about the gnomes after all heh.

Two things.
A. Where'd masterswe or whatseverhisnamewas go?
B. Was the Warsong clan the first one to drink Manoroth's blood, or was it somebody else?
Post by
Adamsm
Grom was the first one to drink yes.
Post by
Morec0
Grom was, followed by the Warsong, so yes.
And to A... no idea.
