Of course. In naxx/heroics gear, an arms warrior can offer a solid dps and with End game PvE gear, a fury warrior can destroy charts like a chainsaw trough white bread.
I would like to add something. I am a bit tired of the whole: "wich classes can top charts ?"
Every dps specs can offers an excellent dps. I won't deny some specs will top charts more often than the others but if you are not the best, your most likely giving a buff to the guys at the top.

Thanks for the reply, reason I ask is because I keep seeing more and more people not allowing DPS warriors into raids and groups. I was just curious if there was a good reason for it.
99% of the time that happens they simply have to much melee already, there loads of DPS DK's, retridins, rogues etc. out there. If you have 5 DK DPS in a 25men its normal you don't want another plate DPS in.
Never saw anyone refusing my armswarrior because of my clas though. And I PuG'd both ToC10 normal+Ulduar25 today.

Arms.. have you found Arms to be better for PvE?
Depends on your gearlevel.

Agreed, it's a good point you're making. But I'm concerned about how my class is doing compared to the others and I think everyone is, after all.
In other words, let's say one plays a class he likes. What if, it happens that blizzard made that class overpowered or underpowered? There's no fun... (note: here I'm trying to analyze the validity of your statement, no bias toward any class). Well, if that's the problem, the only real solution is to get one of each class to 80 and simply switch between the one's you find most fun to you according to which is over/under powered at the time. Sad, but it's true.
It's either that or listen to what I've heard many people say about things like this in the past: find a class you truly enjoy playing and just rough it out through the ups and downs; every class and spec has had both. This is how it's been since Pre-BC and how it will stay as long as Blizz keeps this game going. It'll keep evolving, and so will the mechanics and playability of each class.
Sometimes, you're going to be the underdog and feel like you get beat by anything and everything, then suddenly you're on top of the world and making everyone else feel the way you felt a few patches before.
