i nowthat they broke free when the lichkings power was waning, but why did the lichkings power wane, if he getted his powers from his frozen throne why did they wane the first time so the forsaken could break free, and a second time so the dk could brake free?
anybody can explain it to me?

The first time was when Arthas was feeling drawbacks in his powers before he united as one with Ner'zul, however you spell his name. During that time his powers weakened and some of the scourge managed to break away from his grip and get away from him.
The death knights got free later on because during the battle for Light's Hope Chapel, the Lich King suffered a mortal blow and had used a lot of power, so his powers were weak enough for the death knights there to leave his grasp and escape.

Forsaken broke free because the Lich King, after sending Frostmourne out of his prison block, was leaking power into the world, and that was why Arthas stopped his assault and returned to Northrend, to reunite the armour and the weapon, because you can't have one without the other.
The 3rd generation Death Knights, our DK's, broke free at the battle of Light Hope's Chapel, between the holy energy under the chapel, and the power of the Ashbringer, Morgaine and Fordring.

No, it was because Illidan and Co. were assaulting the Frozen Throne. It's says so when you play the campaign in War3.

I thought that was just a part of it; between the three idiots and the energy leaking from the block, that was what was causing the weakening?

Ner'Zhul was losing his power as Arthas went further away from him I think
not really, I mean even after arthas went to northrend for the second time he still got weaker, and the more he climbed the weaker he got, untill the lich king funneled what few remnants of his powers were left into arthas for the final battle at the gates of icecrown. basically when arthas reached the frozen throne the lich king was almost extinct, and after they fused, arthas had to rest to regain his power, wich is the reason we didn't saw him ever again till now. almost 10 years later.
it was a combination of factors.
on the forsaken, it was the combination of the following.
Illdian cast a spell on the lich king, a spell so powerfull it was ripping the land asunder, if malfurion hand't stoped him most (if not all) of northrend would had been sundered apart.
however even when the spell was interrupted it still did some degree of damage to the frozen throne (wich was the prison of the lich king)
the second factor was that the throne was already partially cracked when the lich king expelled his sword out for arthas to find.
combine this initial crack with the massive damage of Illidan's spell and u get a massive breach on the frozen throne.
this breach was what weakened the lich king.
let's not forget that the lich king had no body, his soul was trapped in the armor, and the armor was trapped in the ice wich served both as a prison, and as a seal to keep his powers in place (sort of like deathwing's armor)
when his seal was broken the lich king had to find a way to store his power in a new vessel, a living one preferably, and arthas was that vessel.
but there u go, that's the reason the forsaken broke free.
as for the DK's well, that was also the combination of several factors.
it was due to them being on holy ground, a place so bathed by the light that even the lich king himself was severely weakened there.
and also due to the cleansing powers of the ashbringer, alexandros mograine felt betrayed by the lich king, trew the sword at tirion, and tirion used it to slash arthas.
that slash, combined with the already powerfull nature of the holy ground was powerfull enough to sever the mental link that held the death knigths in servitude to the lich king.
all in all, on lore it is imposible for anyone to break free of the lich king's grasp, exept under the most extraordinary and amazing circunstances.
