Stick with your buds. If you bail, what does that say?
If your guild has a web page with a forum then you have the perfect place to take action without being a prick.
Start with one or two of the major things you might see could use help, not individuals, issues. For instance, you suggested some folks are not pulling enough DPS. So, look at their class and go find articles on DPS training, specs, rotations and how those classes can best attack the particular instance you are working on. If you can, take the main DPS classes of your guild and do it for all of them. Them post the articles on your forums under a topic about raiding.
Simply mention that you feel that the guild is stuck or having difficulty and you thought you would see if you could find some advice to help folks that might not have the time to dig through all the information out there. You aren't trying to tell people how to play or how to spec or whatever, simply looking for ways to help your guild progress over this hump. Because in reality, being a healer, you are a support person for the raid, and in this function, you are a support person for your guild.
I know some very skilled players that really get under people's skin when telling them how to play. I also know a healer that asked me, after a encounter with Ignis, "Hey, do you know if CoS helps get you out of the pot?" I said that I didn't but I would surely try the next time it happened to me. Sure enough, I tried, it doesn't seem to, but the advice was well received.
You may not be a Raid Leader or a Guild Leader, but that doesn't mean you aren't and can't be a leader in your own right.
Hope this helps.

I'm in a guild that is full of people who think the path to DPS is simply higher Item Levels. They more-or-less mandate use of an Addon called "GearScore" which basically adds a modifier to each slot, then sums up all your (iLvl*Modifier) values. The problem is, not many of them are pulling everything they can out of their class, so while a gear upgrade may bring +5% DPS, 2 hours of research could bring +100% or more.
Most of the guild thinks I'm arrogant because I tend to have an attitude that goes something like: "It's not that I do a lot of DPS -- I do exactly how much DPS I should be doing -- it's that none of you are fulfilling the potential of your classes." (Boy, that
does
sound arrogant doesn't it?)
I'm not
trying
to be arrogant when I have this opinion, but I truly believe it... I'm in Avg. iLv 220ish and as a Feral Cat, I pull ~5-6k dps in a 25man. This is nothing outstanding-crazy-amazing good, but usually ~4th place and below can't break 3k. When I get irritated, or suggest "maybe we're wiping because the DPS isn't there" -- I usually get groans that "not everyone can do what you can do" and this and that, but in reality, they can, and they just aren't putting the necessary work in (I'm not implying every class should be over 5k, but we have people struggling to break 2-3k).
Now, I'm in this guild because I have RL friends, and I really don't have any interest in raiding with a bunch of people I don't know, so I'm not interested in switching guilds. But if I had no ties to this guild other than Raiding, I would probably be looking elsewhere...
There's probably a guild out there where you will be #15 on the DPS list... and isn't that a better place to be, in a way? It provides motivation to advance, learn, excel... Much better than effortlessly sitting at #1 on the DPS meters wishing you had some competition, or could progress without as much hassle.
While I'd like to give you a constructive method to "fix" your guildmates, I just don't think it's possible to change most people. The only ones you have a chance at are those who are putting everything they've got into the game, but they're doing it wrong... they might take advice. Most people know they suck, however, and are perfectly happy with it. There's a guild out there that would love to have you, perhaps you should try to find them.
