1. Ur trinkets do need to be replaced bad.
2. get to hit cap (8% heroics 9% raids).
3. Don't gem for any stamina and try to get epic gems.
4. ENCHANT ur gear, i saw not a single enchant, not even a lowbie one.
5. collect emblems for better gear, u should replace the shoulders and the first ring.
6. Don't gem for AP, gem for strength. Paladins get more from strength due to the first tier protection talent and the buff from kings.
Edit: I am not really great with PvE ret specing, but i do see that u have some talent points wasted in Stoicism and Divine intellect that u could place somewhere else, probably divinity would be better. Glyph of concentration might want to put in over glyph of crusader strike also. Get some minor glyphs also please.

Actually, the hit cap is 8% for raids as well.
8% for raids, 5.4% for heroics.

Seals of the Pure isn't useless at all. It's a key ret talent imo. 15% to SoV and JoV, that's big.

Seals of the pure enhances SoR and SoV, our two top seals.
Once the next patch hits, we'll use SoC for AE fights, SoR for single target burst, and SoV for single targets long term.
So Seals of the Pure still effects 2/3 of our top heals.
