Im currently running with these trinkets:
Forge Ember
Spark of Life
and recently got:
Tears of the Vanquished
My questions.
1. Should i replace one of my trinkets for the tears i just got?
2. What other trinkets should i am for?
Im currently healing 10m Uludar's and ToC. Any suggestions, comments, ideas are welcome!

DMC: Ilusion is one of the best and easy to get trinkets for resto druids. Tears is nice if you are having mana trouble, otherwise it's kind of useless. I'd go with a spellpower trinket instead.

So right now those 2 are good enough.. i have no mana problems right now, so i cant see switching to that one would really help me out too much..
DMC: Illusion i thought about getting, but after reading about it, it doesnt seem like the best card and you might get 1200 mana every 5 min.. unless it's taken off you sooner..

lllusion isn't really that great. Spending gold on a trinket with 100 SP and ~25 mp5 is pretty meh when you can pick up the 111 SP trinket from Wintergrasp for free. So get a
Titan-Forged Rune of Audacity
and be happy.
Keep the tears in your bags for mana-intensive fights, but other than that just run with Audacity and either ember or spark depending on how much haste you have on the rest of your gear.

My philosophy on druid trinkets is this (and you can call me right or wrong, but it fits into my playstyle): Your heals are supposed to be fairly steady (spam HoTs), so procs that result in more healing power are nice - but a little less effective. For example, lets say I spam a bunch of rejuvs, and then during the proc I don't do a lot as I'm waiting for rejuvs to tick?
So I like trinkets that either
Have a use or proc for another effect, such as mana regen (although not that useful if you're geared)
Have a stacking effect, such as on
Illustration of the Dragon Soul
Have a second passive effect, such as
Spark of Hope
If you look at
this link
you will find the comments for one trinket, which really break down what you get for MP/5 or SP from various trinkets (and sort accordingly). While mana shouldn't be too much of an issue for a resto druid, 250 mp/5 (vs. 80 for the next highest) on Spark of Hope is incredible, and then depending on your playstyle I'd go for Illusion of the Dragon Soul or
Eye of the Broodmother
. Obviously Dragon Soul is better for HoTs while Eye is better for Direct heals (which includes bloom-portion of lifebloom and swiftmend). Dragon Soul is slightly easier to keep up, although both can maintain constant stacks by casting a lifebloom or rejuv before the buff expires.
Also, looking at DMC:Illusion - it is about 4th worst in terms of MP/5, and almost half way down in terms of SP if you look at the link to the breakdown. The result is that I do not think it's really that great compared to some of the other effects. Compare it to Je'Tze's Ball, which has 6 more spell power and averages out to 9 more mp/5 (another BoE ilvl 200 epic); or Soul Preserver (ilvl 187 blue) which averages out to 80 mp/5 and 75 SP.
Majestic Dragon Figurine
is another one I actually really like the look of, mainly because I love spirit. It's also really easy to get (as is Dragon Soul) because they're both the easiest drops on Sarth 10 or 25 (respectively). I'm going to be going for both Sarth trinkets and then try and replace the Figurine with Spark of Hope.

I'm using Majestic Dragon Figurine + Titan-Forged Rune of Audacity until I can replace the pvp one with Illustration of the Dragon Soul. I'd love to get my brances on Spark of Hope to replace Dragon Figurine.

If you look at
this link

I don't really see how those 250 mp5 can be accurate. 42 mana per spell is nice but - just as the duck idol - it applies before talent mana cost reduction, right?

I guess that's right. But if you take 20% off of 42, you're left with 33.6, round up to 34. 34*5 (because we assume 1 sec GCD) is still 170 mp/5, instead of 210 (42*5), so add the remainder of 40 assumed for spirit and you're up at 210. Still much greater than others.
Also, the "reduced mana cost of next spell" type trinkets aren't accurate because 900 mana off of rejuv is a lot of mana reduction wasted; and spirit isn't exact because you may have more or less intellect. However, I believe the substance of the math is correct, and the trinket is still incredibly powerful.
