so if he saw them there, he would change his words around? like the time he said death to scourge and living, since they arent living, and when he says its the hr of the forsaken.

The fact of forsaken evilship isn't viable in WoW (I mean, to the point of betraying the living races and all) would be a proof that the forsaken evilship is outdated lore from WoW classic and WoW encyclopedia?
Well.... as we don't know Sylvanas's current standing... I wouldn't say that all Forsaken are "good", I'm sure there are still some of those that escaped the RAS/Battle for the Undercity purge.......

As an example, I'm sure that the whole thing about Orcs vs Humans was supposed to end in Hyjal, but it was decided to slowly change it for the sake of future games: WoW.I highly doubt that. They went right back to Orcs vs Humans in the Frozen Throne, in the Orc bonus campaign (and, like Thanodius pointed out, War3 and Wow had roughly concurrent development). Even taking into account the necessary development time and all that, that would still mean they changed their minds really quickly, if they had intended for that conflict to cease at the end of Reign of Chaos.
It seems much, much more likely that the Hyjal accord was meant to be a temporary situation that simply could not hold for very long.

I see. It actually makes sense. The way the orcs suddenly changed was to put both factions on even levels of "goodness".Well, they were making Lord of the Clans way before that.

Yeah after Warcraft Adventures got scrapped, they had Golden use some of the outline from it to create Lord of the Clans.

According to my research:
Warcraft Adventures: Lord of the Clans announced March 17, 1997
Warcraft 3 announced September 7, 1999
World of Warcraft announced August 31, 2001
Which means that there was concurrent development between WoW and WC3, but they had already leaid out the framework for Thrall and the Orcs in Warcraft Adventures.

how long until we find out if sylvanas ever betrays the horde? and will players stay with her or go to the horde?

Not necessarily. I could see a split happening in the Forsaken down the line, with Sylvanas and her faithful breaking away from the Horde to wipe out the planet and the sane Forsaken (including player characters) having to work with the rest of the Horde to stop her. Blizz has technically killed off one faction leader already (Kael'thas, who in lore was the leader of the Sin'dorei), and if the rumors of Cairne being taken out by Garrosh are true then is any faction leader really safe? (except Thrall, of course)
It feels kinda hard. After all, not only, most, forsaken seem to adore Sylvanas' leadership - "Dark Lady watch over you" - but if Sylvanas betrayed the living, the Horde would be short in a city. After all, if an evil faction can't seize their own city... can they really be a threat?
if i had a choice with my forsaken character i will stay horde, living a life(or unlife)as an escaped convict sounds pretty bad, and im not usually on a betrayer's side
edited so many times to fix quotes

What I'm wondering is what is the forsaken's new cause once the Lich King is destroyed? I know they hate the living and all, but their main purpose for a long time was to finish Arthas off.
