I interpreted "doesn't seem to work" as "always cancels form", because that's what I'm quite sure the semicolon would cause. But it doesn't execute at all, does it? If that's the case you probably have something bound to alt+key.
Another thing, do you want to use this for powershifting or simply to cancel your form?
In the former case I suggest you use the following to make it spammable:/use !Cat Form;Cat FormIn the latter is true:/cancelform
/use Cat Form(so that you don't shift back into cat immediately)

There's always the autoshift option...just turn that on, and whenever you do anything that isn't usable in catform, you'll shift out of it.
