Unpossible! Best option is:
#showtooltip
/castsequence Charge, Berserker Rage
Won't happen at the same time, but you can spam it really fast and it will look like it is :).

Or, more practical:
#showtooltip
/cast Charge;Berserker Rage
If you have an ability that lets you use charge in combat, then:
#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=target Charge, Berserker Rage

Actually, I DID mean "practical", as in "won't jam up if you're in combat and can't use charge, preventing you from using Berserker Rage at all"

They didn't miss the point, instead you seem to have missed this:Unpossible! So, yeah, it's unpossible.

the only way to have anything like this is to use a conditional that only lets whatever came first work if it can.
For example, if you have a power with a 1 minute cooldown, and another you can use anytime and spam repeatedly, you could use this:
/castsequence reset=combat A,B,B,B,B,B,B,B,B,B,B
or, more PRACTICALLY,
#showtooltip A
/cast A;B
(Hold down alt to use the long cooldown spell, and just spam the key for the other spell. You show the tooltip for A so you know when it's ready again so you know when to hold down alt.)
You cannot make a macro make important decisions for you...you can have mindless sequences, but no single macro can do what you want.
Now if you don't mind setting up two toolbars, you COULD use these two macros:
#showtooltip
/cast <Spell A>
/changeactionbar 2
#showtooltip
/cast <Spell B>
/changeactionbar 1
put the first one on aciton bar 1, and the second one on action bar 2 in the same slot, and just spam that key...it will alternate trying to cast each one, but you need to hit the key once per attempt.
