no, because they would be paladins.....(paladins= use the power of the LIGHT, only reason the blood elves have it cause they are draining a naruu, and no I don't think undead should start doing that unless shat and other naruu places start hating the horde for abusing their kind)
Incorrect. Blood Elves used to drain M'uru off his Light energies. Now they utilize the Light just like any other paladin - through faith, and even zeal. Of course the Sunwell helps.
ya I missed that part, but anyway UNDEAD are evil no matter what (there are a couple of "nice" ones thats it) they are constantly killing and experimenting on living things for ways to get rid of them, for this I do not see how they can be paladins.

Yes,
Prophet Velen
used Mu'ru's spark to restore the sunwell's powers, but as the light, not the arcane.

I got to call BS on that. Log into wow, pop character creation, undead => priest.
"Althou most forsaken think the Light has abandoned them, priests think that a balance between light and shadow is neccesary, so priests are teachen in both ways." (or something similar can't check it right now)From
the Forsaken page
on wowwiki:
Before the time of the Scourge, many of those that would become Forsaken were devout priests of the Light. It would seem, however, that the Light has turned its back on the Forsaken, and they are unable to channel it. In this, the truth of their name becomes apparent.
The figure wore the robes of a priest of the Holy Light - not uncommon among the Forsaken, who mocked the order by wearing their garments and allowing the sacred robes to be soiled and tainted by their bloody work. Somehow, Andarin sensed, this figure was different; the robes seemed to be in almost tolerable condition, even if the body wearing them was not. "You wear the robes of a priest, Trevor. Why do you not channel the Light in battle, if you seek redemption?" The priest seemed to wince at that. "While I refuse to wield the shadow, the Light has refused me, or so it seems. And so, I am truly a broken man; I learned to wield spears of Light like Uther's knights did in the Second. Without the Light, I am unarmed and unarmored -- but not entirely helpless, as you see." Andarin couldn't help but feel a little sorry for the fallen priest, if his story was true. Perhaps a man, no matter how virtuous, could not channel holy power while in such a form."
I suspect that thing about "balance between light and shadow" in the character creation screen is a) a bit of throwaway lore that was not checked with existing precedent, and b) could have more to do with the balance between using their abilities offensively and defensively, in which case their use of "light" does not explicitly refer to the Holy Light.
you clearly have no idea what you're talking about...
Crusader bridenbrad
proves that nothing can save you from the plague, let alone make you immune to it.That is very recent, after the newer plagues that the Lich King has sent out (since the Scourge invasion event).
The original plague, the one that devastated Lordaeron and from which the currently-existing Forsaken have died, is the plague that Paladins were in fact immune to.
There's no way to tell if, given that Paladins are apparently not immune to the new plague, that there will be Forsaken paladins in the future, but given that the vast majority of Forsaken will have been people who died between the Third War up to, say, the Burning Crusade period, it's way too soon for them to be implementing undead Paladins (assuming they will ever implement them).

It's always the same with that ^&&*^ Light. Racist, speciest, arbitrary, stuffy, inflexible. Someone is willing to follow it's rules, but the light refuses them because - entirely beyond their control - the poor sod has been undeadified. The Light should embrace these creatures! They managed to break from the Scourge and fight their way back to the Light. Now the Light slams the door in their faces. No wonder many Forsaken turn evil.

They managed to break from the Scourge and fight their way back to the Light. Now the Light slams the door in their faces. No wonder many Forsaken turn evil.Even assuming there is some degree of sentience awareness to the Light -- which I doubt, personally I think you're personifying it a little too much, but just for the sake of speculation let's say there might be -- maybe you're going about it wrong.
Maybe the Light, if it is truly "refusing" the Forsaken despite those among them who would be willing to follow it, is doing it for a legitimate reason. Consider that the condition of undeath is well-established in the lore as an unnatural state, and it could be said that anyone who is undead is actually
meant
to be plain old dead. Perhaps that is why the Light (if it does have awareness of what it "does") is refusing them. It would have nothing to do with racism/specism, in that case; the undead (whether freed from the Scourge or not) are people who have lived beyond their lifetime and are supposed to be at peaceful rest, not up and walking about as a rotting yet moving corpse.

Paladin dies, gets rezzed as a Death Knight.
Death Knight joins forsaken.
There you go, Forsaken Paladins.

Evidently, "Undead" Paladins exist; the
Reanimated Crusaders
in Icecrown's Deathholme.
they use spells like,
Avenger's Sheild
,
Unholy Light
and
Hammer of Injustice
all pally spells... but i guess they dont count as Undead Paladins, since they're NPCs
More like Death Knight spells...

What i ment to say by paladins are immune to the plague...It is not the new plague that exists now but the plague in WC3 that destroyed lordaeron. As whan u cr8 a new char in WoW u do not start at present time so to say but u start the vannila wow time b4 the burning crusade and the existing plague at that time is the one paladins are immune to....So if u want to make an Undead pally u need to start at lvl of wotlk (as to say lvl 68 or 70). Coz only than is the posibility of an undead pally. At least i think that would be reasonable lore wise
soz for bad grammer :S
Well Bliz could just do what they're doing for the other classes. I mean having a Dwarf shaman isn't something that happened before, neither is an Undead Paladin.
