Ok as for Warlocks, WoTLK gave you the ability to TRANSFORM into a friggon demon, what class has something as cool as that? Thats like the ultimate shiznit. So now not only can you summon a continous pet *without having to spec for it like dks do* but now you actually get to transform into a demon to.
Mages were extremely dissapointing with their new abilities though they did get Living Bomb *bastard cousin to Seed of Corruption* for an aoe effect so that they would have the option to still use their more powerful and less mana consuming single target spells in battle rather then their extremely costly AoE's. Personally I would like to see Living Bomb revamped to be more like Seed of Corruption and give it a CD respectively or additional talents in the Fire Tree to be able to spec and change it to more of a Seed of Corruption effect.
Paladins. Op as usual not really desserving of any new abilities since their still the most op class in the game but will probably get more. Their new ability Ardent Defender needs nerfed to be like the same type of ability that other tank classes get (Will of the Necropolis for DK's) a healing effect on an ability like this is just to OP.
Druids. Need nerfed majorly in PvP. Make their HoT's have a cast time instead of being instant casts and that would fix that as well as giving their forms atleast a 1 second cast or something so you have an oppertunity to beat that pesky healer out of travel form so he can't run from you and kite you.
Priests are a class that really need fixed especially in their shadow form. They need a harder hitting spell for single target boss encounters so their not so easily beat out by less geared mages and locks. I would not suggest a holy/shadow type spell to achieve this with but maybe an ability more like Fire Blast or Conflagrate. The reason I would not suggest a holy/shadow mixture spell like a mages Frost Fire Bolt is because it is of course SHADOW spec. Hence only shadow dmg.
As for DK's our tanking needs buffed majorly. DK'S were made so that you could tank in any tree if you specced into the corresponding tank abilities. Personaly I think that the whole Rune System is broken and it glitches often. Blizz nerfed our tank stance due to PvP but look at Druids Direbear form. A lot of druid tanks had 40kish health after they got their gear from 25 naxx when naxx was still cool. And a lot of players think that Glyph of the Gargoyle is op but it isn't. Yes we get a free 25 pnts of Defense but we also don't get the use of a shield which is more midigation in itself then dodge and parry because we don't get the oppertunity to midigate any more dmg then our armor allows and dodge and parry both suffers diminishing returns which is retarded *after we dodge and block so much we HAVE to take some hits until diminishing returns resets*. And theirs no tanking two handers in the game and dw is lousy for tanking since bosses get an extra hit when they dodge or parry you and tanks can't afford to gem up for hit and expertise were more dependant on the hit and expertise that our gear has on it already so we can try to gem for stamina instead. I think I would like to see all three tree's revamped and tank abilities in one tree and so on and so forth so you don't have to play cookie cutter as a tank.

I'm not making an argument for or against any of the warlock abilities that have been mentioned, just making a point about metamorphosis. Honestly, the ability isn't really that great. It's awesome when you first get it at level 60 in BGs because all the players who don't know about it get a "holy crap" moment, but eventually other warlocks realize that they can banish demonology warlocks using this, and paladins can fear them. There are some nice abilities, but actually the best use I've seen for it is tanking. Yes, tanking. AoE taunt, immolation aura that cause high threat, charge like a warrior, and a cleave. Increased armor. All good for warlock tanking. And, of course, showing off.

i think the warlock destro tree is like a fire spec, only shadow spells you get are Shadowfury, Shadowburn and Imp. Shadow Bolt. I think that the affliction tree should get talents that improve shadow bolt and replace the shadow talents on the destro tree and make the lock tree as such. Affliction ( DoTs and Shadow Damage), Demo (Pet Buff and Damage), and Destro (DD and Fire)
this is just my thoughts seeing as i have played a lock for a while, and I loved affliction but ur DD wasnt great unless u speeced more destro.

Instant death - at the cost of 99% of your hp you teleport behind your target through it's shadow draining your hit points in the process to strike your enemy killing them instantly. (30% chance, will not work on bosses) after, you will be unable to move for 5 seconds nor use any skills. (yes a skill for the lulz, and totally OP but very funny)
Improved shadow step - stepping through the shadows appearing behind your enemy and either stunning them for 3 seconds, ambushing, or garroting them.( 33% to do one of the three) failure of hitting the target will result in a forced re-stealth and reducing energy regain by 75% for 8 seconds and as well as a temporary 1 second stun. 1 minute CD

Targeted AoE, like DND
Bombs the ground with diseased energies, causing all targets that tread on it for 10 seconds to be infected with Blight, increasing Physical Damage taken by 30% for 20 seconds. This counts as a disease. Targets of Blight are also infected by Blood Plague and Frost Fever. While the Death Knight is standing on the Blight, his diseases' damage is increased by 50%.
Basically, a mix of the original Desecration, DnD and Pestilence.

For warriors, something that makes dual wielding onehanders semi- viable (like a rip-off from threat of thessarian ability), and maybe an ability that lets you do a little wee bit more damage when disarmed/dismantled. "pugilism" requires 20 talents in arms, increases all damage done by the warrior by 20% while disarmed or dont have a weapon equipped. "chokehold" requires the warrior to be disarmed or weaponless, the warrior roots himself and his target for 3 seconds and strangles the target for x damage modified by the warriors strength over 3 seconds, could come with a new kickass animation of the warrior grabbing his adversary and strangling him.
