Instantly strike the target and his nearest ally, causing 50% weapon damage plus 368, total damage increased by 10% for each of your diseases on the target.

Ok, so Heart Strike in my mind looks like this on a single target:
D = Number of diseases on target
Base Damage (B) = (50%WD + 368)
Total Damage = (((10% x D) x (B)) + B)
or
((10% x D) x (50%WD + 368)) + (50%WD + 368)
The question I have - and maybe someone has already figured this out... How is the damage on the second target currently determined?
Is Heart Strike on multiple targets calculated off the diseases on the first target? Regardless of the diseases on the second target? AKA:
(Not considering crits at this point)
First Target Damage = (((10% x D(Targeted NPC)) x (B)) + B)
Second Target Damage = (((10% x D(Targeted NPC)) x (B)) + B)
Or is it calculated separately?
First Target Damage = (((10% x D(Targeted NPC)) x (B)) + B)
Second Target Damage = (((10% x D(Cleaved NPC))) x (B)) + B)
For example: If the first target had both diseases up, but the second did not have any, would the equation look like this? (Assumed 500 WD, both diseases on target, none on cleaved npc)
HS Damage = (((10% x 2) x (500WD + 368)) + (500WD + 368)) + (((10% x D(Cleaved NPC)) x (500WD + 368)) + (500WD + 368))
HS Damage = (((10% x 2) x (868)) + (868)) + (((10% x 0) x (868)) + (868))
HS Damage = (((20%) x (868)) + (868)) + (((0%) x (868)) + (868))
HS Damage = ((173.6) + (868)) + (((0) + (868))
HS Damage = (1041.6) + (868)
HS Damage = 1909.6

This seems like a huge mess to me now. Anyway, if anyone has some insight I'd be very interested.
