Again, I see a significant lack of Saurfang in this thread.
Come on, people. He'd be the most amazing boss to watch people fail* on.
*Fail, of course, being a euphemism for being cleaved repeatedly until all that's left is a pasty red gelatin.

i played both factions on 2 servers, I like the lore for both factions. Thing is, the horde went through ALOT to get away from what they used to be, if garrosh becomes the new leader thats going to !@#$ it all up simple as that. so screw garrosh.

Morals, you should try them. What good are morals if you can't crush human skulls with them? Worthless things, I say.

Going to have to disagree with you there on some of what you said thronarr.
Alliance doesn't have many quests at all that involve directly killing Horde unless its something like the PvP daily. Also the Alliance thinks for good reason why the Horde are enemies, but perhaps not so much as "evil", since evil is only a point of view.
Also, I recall a few Horde players saying that there are a good bit of quests and NPC's on the Horde side as well, actually from what I've heard is more, that are more towards Garrosh's ways.
Correct me if I'm wrong in any of that.

This guy
http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=16808
would be the perfect leader for the Horde. He even screams "We are the true Horde!" almost conctantly while fighting him, and it would be cool with some red orcs in Azeroth.
Maybe a co-leader
http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=10429
seeing as he and the red guy is already warchiefs and all.

As strange or silly as it may sound, if Garrosh takes charge, Saurfang wouldnt stand for it, and he
is
the Might of Kalimdor. The pleasant chat between them in Warsong Hold suggests Varok wont suffer fools like Garrosh in charge.
The trolls are loyal to
Thrall
, not the Horde, and if he is deposed, Vol'jin is smart enough not to destroy his tribe in a pointless battle, and the Tauren wont go to war aggressively without good reason. The undead and belfs are almost their own faction anyway, if there were to be a split, Sylvanus would likely side with Thrall, unless there are major gains by not doing so, and she would likely regret it.
Perhaps the Grimtotems will finally have their story fleshed out, and form a New New Horde with Garrosh and his supporters? Deathwing has an aura of betrayal surrounding his lore, perhaps we could be seeing a betrayal in the Horde.
