My paladin is currently 77 (one bar from 78).
I've just dropped my Holy off spec, going Protection instead.

What glyphs should I get?

Divine Plea, Seal of Vengeance and Hammer of the Righteous. You'll be wanting the latter once you began tanking heroics and such, later you might consider a different glyph if you are often maintanking in raids.
A good source of tankadin info can be found

I've found that as a paladin, even when I'm relegated to the Main Tank, I'm often put on add duty with the OT on the boss (OT's gear is as good as mine, a warrior when I'm not the OT, but the MT.) That hammer of righteousness glyph comes in handy on adds and trash, from Noth to Razorscale and beyond. Certaintly, a warrior could tank those adds, but a paladin has an easier time with it. Being able to hit 4 targets makes aoe tanking a little easier since you're putting Blood Corruption on an extra target.
I totally agree, the taunt glyph is situational, but otherwise very convinient, but at a loss of a very handy threat glyph. To me, I've found that I can live with the occasional misses, but perhaps not in the very latest raid instances, where a taunt missed means a 3rd impale debuff on the other tank, causing a definitive wipe.
For all practical purposes, I greatly prefer the HotR glyph, but it really isn't a survival tool as what is often most important in today's raids.
(Please disregard any spelling errors, I am feeling a bit fatigued.)
