Tank gearing question

Hi there, just wondering some things.
My current stats selfbuffed are: 39,494 health, 38.6 dodge % 28.5k armor and fully raid buffed+flask of stoneblood: 51k health 30.5k armor 43.5% dodge. Raidbuffed with mongoose and Idol of Mutilation, I get to 47.xx dodge.
My question is, am I gemming the way Druids are supposed to go? Because when i first started gearing, I read 38-40% dodge was the best to go for and then stack stamina, as DR started hurting raidbuffs hard at that time, and I went that way, but I read on WoW forums, that agi was the best stat to stack as a tanking druid...
You can see my gear on one of my profiles, but idk if its counting the 8% more stats from talents, and it isnt counting the +60 sta I get from mining. Also, Ill try to logout with my tanking gear, as im trying out resto/moonking, as the raids havent been very frequent on guild these days...(Meaning armory isnt good to check stuff atm).
Thnx for help.

What I can say is you are almost optimally geared / gemmed / enchanted to tank any content today. Your only weak spot is the weapon. You should aim at least at the
Marrowstrike
(since you can try and get it once every day from ToC 5 man HC), since it will improve your TPS by quite a nice margin and also your Savage Defense.
Also I suggest you get more expertise. You are almost at the soft cap, which is the mandatory requirement. But having around 8-10% expertise is much better in terms of improving your TPS and survivability. At least consider using Expertise Rating food if you can't get more expertise gear that easy.

ur not seeing a belt buckle because the wowhead profiler won't allow the addition of a belt buckle dispite the button for it being there
as stated, your gear is fine minus the weapon, morrowstrike or origin of nightmares are your best bets unless you're a heavy pvper and furious/relentless gladiator's greatstaff is readily available as those are the 2 sexiest staves i've ever seen for a bear
ur above the soft cap for expertise which means expertise is half as effective as it was before the soft cap and there's no urgency to gear toward the hard cap but your hit is just under the cap although a draenei would fix that so it's fine
really all i can say is keep an eye out on a better weapon which you already are, keep an eye out for the heart of iron which every tank does, and good luck farming emblems for ur tier pieces
origin of nightmares<furious gladiator's greatstaff<relentless gladiator's greatstaff

from a swift glance he was at the soft cap which from a second glance turns out he's literally just under the soft cap for expertise, once he gets that extra bit above the soft cap his benefit from expertise is halved since before 6.5% expertise reduces his chance of both being dodged and parried but after will only reduce his chance of being parried thus halving expertise's effectiveness, yeah it's still useful just not to the extent it was before
his hit rating is 7.XX% and he needs 8% so as i said a draenei would fix that
in case you'd like to find something else to argue about i'll go ahead and say it, he's a druid, he's got sotf, he's crit immune on bosses
get that last bid of expertise and either get your hit over 8% or be sure you have a draenei

I'd get rid of the Monarch Crab and replace it by Darkmoon Card: Greatness. An average of 190 agility will greatly increase your dodge (which really is quite low at the moment). You will lose about 1.5k hp but the dodge and armor gained is more then worth it.
And don't forget to put those JC only stamina gems into some other piece of gear then ;)
