I honestly think it is a three healer raid. If you guys have a resto druid that you could bring along, i'd really recommend that over a dps. But i'm a tank/dps so i might be wrong.

Three healer raid without a doubt. The place is still new, and the way the gear system works in there, not a chance its 2 healer only for a while.

Like Ulduar (normal or hard modes), it is possible to two heal normal ToC if they are both strong healers. Bringing a third make things easier overall, particularly Champions depending on your group setup: If you lack CC for champions, you will pretty much only have 1 healer active at any give time due to silences/interrupts/CC.

Beasts - 3 Healers for safety. Can two heal it with a resto druid+Disc Priest, but prefer to play it safe.
Jarraxus - 3 healers, just to cover incinerate flesh.
Champs - If a tank has a healing dual spec, they usually switch to it... Which puts us at 4 healers. Only 3 "healers" in the strictest sense, some of us are dedicated to simply dispelling.
Valkry - 2 healers
Anub - 2 healers
For heroic, we have 3 healers for all fights (except for champs, we have our pally tank go Holy).

For normal and heroic, it's a two healer raid but for some encounters you have some dps with a healing offspec use that for safety.
