What is the actual ability priority for arms?
I've looked, but somethings appear outdated, and I'm just asking for clarification.

Alright, I get to whole Charge, rend, MS, OP thing.
And I understand to let rend drop off then reapply to not gimp myself of tfb charges.
And my general under standing in the priorities is:
1. Execute
2. Overpower
3. Rend
4. Mortal Strike
5. Slam Spam
With Bladestorm thrown in there somewhere.
Is that correct?
P.S. Thanks for not yelling at me to go look at stickies, I already have. :-)

Hmm, it's not quite as simple as that. TFB is a slightly tricky talent to understand. When it procs, you have 6 seconds to use that proc before the next one (which overwrites the current proc). Ideally, you want to use overpower to fill out a slam, so if you have nothing better up at that moment in time as it procs then use it... if, however you have another ability available, use that instead. You should find a time to use it within that 6 seconds, if you don't for whatever reason then it becomes your top priority before it's overwritten. You can just use it as it procs if you really want, it won't hurt your DPS massively, but it hurts my min-maxing brain to do so.
Rest of the rotation looks about okay. Bladestorm actually fits in right at the top, but it's a bit of a threat monster, so don't use it right at the start of a pull or anything.
There are some questions as to if mortal strike is worth using (or if you can just slam instead), but I'm of the opinion that it is - others will say differently.

Actually spam slam over using MS. Only use MS to burn your rage as slam does more damage per rage point as MS. In fights with healing (rare) however keep ms up ofc.

MS still does more damage than Slam. I've learned to use MS if I have more than 45 rage (so I can directly Slam afterwards or use some other ability). It's a good rage dump and a good damager, don't underestimate it, just don't spam it like you could do in PvP.
