I my opinion, i think these specs can also work:
For BM:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#cxbG0gxRiu0eot0eVbR:VaimzM
For MM:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#cZ0eAoRAzhIsxuAox0cbo:aihMmz
For SV:

Ok how about this then?
BM:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#cxbG0xxRiuMest0eVoo:VaizMm
Mortal shots and Aimed shots are like needed for like all specs, they like the bread and butter of it all. Mana regen this time is on focus as well as more cirt for pets.
MM:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#cxbZ0eAbRhzGIsguVox00b:ahiMzm
I added from what u asked, more focus on mana regen and better focus regen for the pet.
SV:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#cZ0eAboZx0ci0cIhxuAhsz:aNiMzm
Took down rapid kill for increaced mana regen and pet focus regen
Hope this is better for raiding.

Please no.
First off, he gave the "optimal" BM dps spec. There are a couple of modifications that can be made which will lower dps slightly in favor of a bit more versatility--I myself run with 3/3 imp arcane, just to give myself a more powerful shot on the go.
Second, while there may be small modifications that can be made to the listed spec, your spec has a lot of problems:
1) 3/3 Thick Hide: Wasted talent points. In an already dps starved spec, you shouldn't be wasting points which could increase your damage. You shouldn't need armor, because you and your pet shouldn't be getting hit. If you are having trouble staying alive, you need to rethink your playstyle--and a bit more armor wont save you if a raid boss wants a piece of you or your pet anyway. There is 1 "non-dps floater point" which BM hunters need to take, to allow them access to the lower levels of their spec, most take it in endurance training (and this is best) but if you wanted to put that ONE point in thick hide, I suppose you could
2) Aimed Shot: You don't need it, generally. Multi-shot does the same damage and shares a CD. And using multi gives you a talent point to spend on dps elsewhere. The reasons you might want aimed are: you pvp a lot in your raid spec, you are going to be running a lot of movement-heavy fights, and you want another instant cast. Picking up aimed shot is one of the viable modifications, however, it will result in slightly lower dps. Aimed is key for MM & SV because they have talents which make it more than it is. BM has no such talents.
3) 5/5 Frenzy: It sounds great on paper, but the simple fact is that maxing it out is a waste, because it is always up 100% of the time with only 4 pts. Having 5 actually overwrites itself, and is a waste of a talent point.
4) 0/1 Aspect Mastery: more hunter AP, and more dodge for greater surviabilty, this is a great talent.
5) 0/0 Mend Pet: this is really important for BM hunters, who CANT allow their pet to die, to have. It is sort of a semi-clense that can save your pet when healers cant spare the manna or dont care to remove dots on your pet. I guess if you always run with your guild, and your healers are always on the ball and have mana and time to spare for pets, you dont need this, but most BM hunters will want at least one point there.

Well, skimmed thru the first posts and noticed some wrong info:
Although BM is behind in DPS by the numbers, it still can be competitive with the correct gear and some skill.
It will be only competitive against less skilled players or less geared.
Everything else with longer CD's try to blow with BW/KC. Also, go into Aspect of the Beast while BW is up. (Thanks catlady!)
Wrong. We are not in 3.0 anymore, AotB glyph isn't bugged anymore. This will lower your DPS.
Serpent Sting (Try to sting with all CD’s up, since CM will refresh the powerful SS for the entire fight.)
Wrong. None of our CDs help on this because we don't have any +% damage CD. CtoW will add AP, which will be reseted as soon as we shoot the next Chimera.
Serpent should never be shot when AotV is up, as the 50% damage reduction will continue until you shoot SrS again, renewing with Chimera will make the 50% reduction continue.
You should shoot SrS again when a rogue uses TotT on you or when you are on a Rune of Power (Iron Counsil) or similar damage boost from bosses (Thaddius, Twin Valkyr, etc).
Still on MM... The priority is wrong. Arcane should have a higher priority than Aimed shot, or else you'll be shooting Arcane every 10s instead of every 6s or so, since it will go off CD in the same time as Chimera then on the same time as Aimed, placing it on hold for 4s.
Shooting Arcane before Aimed will still result on the same number of Aimeds shot, but will considerably increase the number of ArS shot while reducing the number of Steadies (the inicial intention).

Well, helping people now is flaming?
Anyway, thanks for trying to flaming me with wrong info.
First, on AotB swapping... That was only true when AotB glyph was bugged and would give your pet 22% AP instead of 12%. According to the spreadsheet, to a ok geared BM hunter (7179 dps), swapping to beast would mean a loss of 50 DPS.
About CS, again, old info that you have gathered. Been a while since AP is refreshed on the Sting when CS is shot. Only damage modifiers are still on.
About ArS...
Shot..................... Amount
Serpent Sting...... 1
Silencing Shot.... 19
Rapid Fire.......... 3
Kill Shot............ 5
Chimera Shot.... 36
Arcane Shot...... 53
Aimed Shot....... 34
Readiness......... 2
Steady Shot...... 82
vs
Shot...................... Amount
Serpent Sting............1
Silencing Shot...........19
Rapid Fire..................3
Kill Shot....................5
Chimera Shot...........36
Aimed Shot..............36
Arcane Shot.............36
Readiness................2
Steady Shot.............97
You are shooting 15 less steadies swapping for Arcane. Sure, you get less Imp Steady procs and they won't always go to CS... however, the brute damage gain from swapping Steadies for Arcanes makes it worth it (and your recommended spec doesn't even have 3/3 on Imp SS to make it a big deal). If the damage gain isn't enough, just remove Arcane from your rotation.
So, before dissing facts, try to study a little.
Please don't flame without doing your research.

Look, if he gave wrong info on Aspect swapping, it was I who fed it to him--blame me. As for the issue--I STILL see a 60dps increase on the spreadsheet when I go into Aspect of the Beast while in Beastial Wrath. (6992 vs. 7054)
Two Notes:
1) I dont have the AotB glyph.
2) I switched my spec to the "optimal" BM dps spec on the spreadsheet (I generally run a slightly different one)
My character is Saffavia. I thought: perhaps I am too low geared, and that is why my dps goes up in beast?
So I input BiS Gear on my character, with optimal BM spec, with best gems, enchants, raid buffs/debuffs.
Sure enough--STILL more dps by switching. And still a pretty consistent 60dps
Unless I am missing something, switching to Aspect of the Beast will ALWAYS improve BM dps.
I know the glyph was bugged--and provided a LARGER buff by switching aspects, but even fixing the glyph seems to have not entirely remove the benefit of switching.
Again, i can be missing something, please let me know if I am mistaken.
However, in 3.2.2. this will decrease dps. So if you want to take it off the guide, be my guest--since 3.2.2 might be today anyway.
I will miss it. It added a note of complexity i enjoyed.

It showed up as a DPS increase for me as well, if i plug a BM spec into my gear. (Only about 40 dps, looking at near 7k either way.)
the 40/60 dps dif is probably do to teir bonuses, the two piece 7/7.5 or the four piece 9/9.5 will increase pet damage, and increase the benefit of going into AotB
