An Opinion About Focus Target

*My English is not good.. so please be generous.
Focus target function is really good in PvP and it's important.
But I think something is 'unfair'
For example, imagine this situation, I'm playing 2:2 and I have enough health but my partner doesn't. At the moment, enemy mage's target is my partner and he casts polymorph. So I think there is no need to interupt him because my partner doesn't have enough health. But polymoph casted to me. The mage used and the focus target was me. So it casted on me.
I think it's 'unfair' because he didn't give me the information of target of polymorph and I had no chance to react against the spell.
So my opinion is to display the target of spell while he is casting it(or channeling).
For example, if an enemy mage casts polymorph to focus target, I can see his focus target instead of his target while he's casting. And when he finishes to cast, his target returns to his original target. Just like a mob(maybe raid boss) switches it's target from tank to another player when using some spell in PvE.
And I think that's 'fair'
So.. I want your opinion.
Edit:
I think the word unfair makes a confusion.
I didn't want to mean focus target is bad or something like that.

Long ago we were not able to know what the enemy was casting without Natur Enemy Castbar
But now we can see it.
It has a thread of connection.
And actually I'm using focus target macro myself.

I believe it is fair since anyone is able to do it.
Perhaps
you
might have a creative use for focus?
Off-topic, what is your native language if you don't mind me asking?

If the word unfair sounds like bad, wrong, or improper. That's my miss because of my poor english.
I mean the system not showing the real target of spell is not giving information which can make me whether interupt it or not.
I'm a Korean and studying English

I understand what you're saying but everyone is at the same advantage/disadvantage so it's fair and works fine. Honestly there has to be some skill element left. It used to require timing and skill to interupt, now everyone has a default enemy cast bar. You have to use your awareness and instinct to prevent some stuff.
Thanks for your opinion.
Maybe the words fair and unfair don't fit in the context.

Fair meaing since anyone else is able to use it, you can too.
Focus is a universal capability.

I have nothing insightful to add to the topic, though you do bring up something I hadn't considered before. I don't think it's necessarily unfair, though it is something to think about.
What I did want to say is that you speak English very well, for it to be something other than your native language. I'd go as far as to say you speak better than many people who speak nothing but English.

The sad thing is, this is true...
