I'm trying to make a macro for tanking that casts;
Survival Instincts,
Frenzied Regeneration,
Enrage,
Lifeblood and
Barkskin simultaneously, but I can't get the macro I made to cast all of them, it won't cast Frenzied Regeneration and Barkskin. Could anyone help?

Barkskin doesn't, not completely sure about Frenzied Reg. Will check.

I've got a simlar macro, but i'll point out.
Don't use enrage. Its a deathwish. You only really want to use that before a pull, or in pvp.
Lifeblood, unless its been changed recently activates the GCD.
Don't clump up all your timers.
Make 2 macros.
One to reduce the damage you take, in case your healers are stressed, and one ohcrap macro for when your about to die.
My barkskin macro is something like this:
/castsequence reset=60 barkskin, <tank trinket or 13>
That macro allows me to press it and it'll use barkskin, if i feel i need even more survivability, i'll press it again, and it'll also use my trinket (unless barkskin recharged)
Its a great way to make life healing you easier. and its on a fast recharge rotation.
The other macro you want is the oh crap button.
Put your survival instincts, lifeblood, and frenzied regeneration into this one. At 3 minutes, its a medium long cooldown. But even without barkskin and trinket, you should gain 5 seconds minimum for healers to get their act together. And nothign stops you from burning the other macro a second later if you feel you need to survive nomater the cost (ie: last 10% of a boss)
Better pacing of your cooldowns will make you both a better tank, easier to heal, and harder to be killed.

Lifeblood has been taken off the GCD as of last patch.
And on that subject, exactly how well does lifeblood scale at max rank for us druid tanks with 35k+ hp?
I have a funny feeling they buffed/fixed the scaling with 3.2. Prior to 3.2, the healing of Lifeblood at level 80 was pretty poor, but now it seems a fair bit more effective.

the OP included enrage for the fact that it generates rage which FR consumes and enrage is in no way a deathwish when you allocate even 1 braincell to when to pop it.
enrage during a boss enrage=bad
enrage when ur low on rage or when ur about to perform a massive rage dump (berserk+mangle/maul spam...lol "massive rage dump") while taking negligible/survivable damage=good
and with king of the jungle berserk allows you to deal 115% damage which also converts into more threat
