More then likely, after Deathwing goes down, cause we all know the Destroyer is the Lich King/Kil'jaeden of this expansion, then the City of the Naga will rise and there will be the cross-expansion patch at that point.

I gave the reason being that most Naga Death Knights were Azshara followers, Salavatian Naga haven't ventured into Northrend yet or been exposed to the Scourge all that much, perhaps even less than Draenei. To be honest, I wanted to prevent Furbolgs from it too, but many Furbolgs HAVE died and probably were captured by the Scourge to become DKs.
I've heard rumors of DKs losing 'Heroic' status though without any official word, I take it with grains of salt.
Also, DKs are the only hero class, if the next Hero Class also has all races, I might be more convinced.
More then likely, after Deathwing goes down, cause we all know the Destroyer is the Lich King/Kil'jaeden of this expansion, then the City of the Naga will rise and there will be the cross-expansion patch at that point.
Yet Arthas has yet to go down as the Expansion says, which means either Icecrown will be released soon and possibly rushed, or he'll be saved for later... it's a nasty marketing plan, cleverer than I'd have thought em to be.
Who can say Deathwing will 'die' since he's 'died' before.

I think it was which ever Old God set it up to free Neptulon and become his backer that saved the Highborne from death and turned them into the Naga. But I still don't see us fighting Aszhara in Cataclysm, that will wait till Maelstorm.

The Cataclysm seems more about fire than water though, if Azshara was an issue, she'd be more noted even by fans. Even if she is destroyed, doesn't prevent the rise of playable Naga.

Because the Maelstorm is still there, this new Naga island is south of it, between Durotar/Barrens and the Deepholme and the Eastern Kingdoms. The great storm is still swirling so theres still the 86-90 crawl for Queen Big-Breast.

Pretty much.
And I actually hope we don't see Undermine unless it becomes featured as a Sactuary city, with boats leading to Horde and Alliance Strongholds at Nazjatar.

I think boats should have durabilities, especially to different aspects, such as Hull, Mast, Cannon, etc. and they need to be fixed, different crafting professions can help mitigate costs somewhat, but boats can be an important money sink... especially if they 'sink' in water, you're likely gonna die! You'll also be too far out to run to your corpse. Yea boats are gonna butthurt people.
Actually, Woodworking/Carpentry is now a bit more complex:
Fletching includes spears and bow/xbow and arrow works as well as staves, many of which are similar in mats to Polearms but lack metal bar needs, though some need magical flowers.
Contraptions is the spec for crates/boxes, Mini-siege/Siege, and a few pieces of wooden wearable equipment.
Shipwright is still mostly boat based, but it is more all encompassing of giant travel items, including Ship ballistae/archery, battering rams.
Beyond that, you can make wooden keys and some simple wooden 'traps' though they tend to be not too powerful.

Again Delterius, you've seen the maps, the Maelstorm is still there, and Nazjatar isn't, this isn't the naga expansion. And where did it say were fighting all the elementals? Were fighting Rag at Hyjal and the Earth Plane(and only the Earth Plane) is overlapped into Mortal Azeroth. I doubt were going to see the Earth version of Rag as an enemy, and the prince lord is already dead, killed by Rag years ago. Neptulon is still swimming around in the Maelstorm, readying the Naga for the next assault.
And sorry for hijaxing your thread Claggi.

Hey Clag, how about Woodworking/Carpentry be combined into one seconday talent and be directly tied into the Battlegroud I suggested.
The Key's and box's could be made fewer and farther inbetween and what not. Or just combine it all into the Shipwright ability and forget about the keys and box's.
In short the entire system would work like this: You upgrade you own "ship" section and when you enter the battle ground your set onto a ship. Then the specifications you made on your ship will be combined with other's and applied to the one ship. Ship Upgrades could include extra life, more damage, and even faster movement. Blacksmithing and Engineering could be incorperated into this to some extent as well.
This may be a PvP biased suggestion, but I'd like to see more of a link between PvP and PvE.

Sorriezes.
Eh, no biggie. Things like that can't hurt.
Lumberjacking alongside Woodcrafting is to ensure that low level characters/alts can try out new professions. This gives oldies new things to look for.
All in all, Woodcrafting deals with these:
Staves
Polearms
Bows
Crossbows
Arrows
Siege
Pocket Siege
Throwing Sticks
Clubs
Cudgels (2h Hammers that look primitive!)
Ship Pieces
This gives decent variety, though the problem with some is that you'll need to find friends with other gathering skills to help with some recipies.
I'll wait for the "recalibration" to give any more suggestions, although I still am far from agreeing with the Priest/Paladin thing. Its just hard to see Light worshipping Furbolgs and Paladins without Priests =p.
I never understood why Paladins mean priest right on trail. Still, Furbolg Paladins are more akin to sun worshipping Tauren and dont follow 'the Light' persay.
The Furbolg Paladins: The Hospital Knights, the Paladins, an extreme burst in Moon/Nature worship that has led to these fanatics taking reigns for restoration and hospitallering. Faith in the Furbolg religions is fading as they get pushed further by demons and now by Naga.
Furbolgs never had priesthoods, but some have desperately called out for help from the Twin Bears, and it has answered, in ways never seen before: Hospital Knights! Only the most devout dares this path of life seeking devotion. The power is mostly searing fury, practically Nature on a path of justice that has undergone so much thermodynamics that it has become Light Energy.
This is the last ray of hope for sane Furbolg escapees!
To be fair, if I do add Priests, it'd be over Death Knights... one day though I hope for a Priestless Paladin totting race... just because. Like i said, MOLD BREAKING!

When I said Recalibrate, I mostly referred to the new Proffesions and weapon type.
Everything else is fair game... for now.
Still wanna know why a Paladin cannot exist without a priest counterpart.

Ideas for racial mounts... I have none, feel free to suggest... it took effort to make this, I'd rather not just abandon it yet.

All I can suggest is
Snap Dragons
for Naga, Bears for Furbolg.

Claggi
Snapdragons are to be the Naga mount, though Bears... I dunno.
I'm also planning a second expansion... yea I know I'm working kinda fast but still...
It's our jump into the dream, or the dream's jump into our existence.
That's for anther thread and time though.

The new Naga capitol is Sav'Zahim, a beached city where you swim to travel to reach some places, but the water is mostly too shallow and the distances won't drown anyone, except maybe attackers.
The Furbolg capitol is the beached Temple that they took, which they have named Ursinimu, it is a surprisingly spacious place, yet there is a corridor that leads to some dangerous encounters... only brave adventurers dare walk (or get teleported if in Horde) into the deeper locations.
There is also a new beach where druids, mostly Naga and Furbolg wish to save the crying oceans go to reverse any troubles. It even gets a new druid teleport spell.
