Generally, you want to get as much spellpower as you can for levelling, followed by stamina. Once you get to 61 and get fel armor, i'd say go for spellpower -> spirit -> stam -> intellect. Spellpower is basically the king of all stats - you require less casts to kill mobs, and get healed for more through siphon life (at 30+, anyway), and can drain life to full faster after life taps. Until you get access to more spellpower gear, go for stamina, though.

leveling up: spell power > stamina > hit > intellect > crit > spirit > (agility/strength ? lol)
that is if you can find an item with hit on it, also take the hit from talents because its very common to you to face mobs higher than you.

Wow. No. Spirit really? No. Beside the fact that isnt even getting a spell where he can use it for another 41 levels, spirit is almost on the bottom of the stat priority list for raiding.
Who's talking about raiding? Levelling =/= raiding.
And even when he reaches level 62, hit and crit are more beneficial for leveling than spirit.
Hit, possibly, depends on your levelling style. If you're tackling green quests/mobs then you'll get little benefit from hit. If you like to take on harder stuff, then yes, it helps.
If you're levelling as affliction (which you should be) then crit is next to useless until you get pandemic at level 51.
Leveling is about staying alive while you kill stuff.
No, levelling is about
killing stuff quickly
while you stay alive. Note the emphasis.
At level 21, cloth stam/int gear is what you should be selecting.
Until Outland your stat priority should be:
Spellpower > Stamina, you can pretty much ignore all other stats.
You will inevitably get int on cloth gear, so you don't have to worry about it.
Then come back is you haven't figured out how warlocks/casters work.

No, you SHOULD level whatever you enjoy most. Not be like a lot of other baddies and get powerleveled to level cap and have no clue how to play the class.
You quoted my whole post to make that point?
Affliction is without a doubt the most efficient method of levelling a 'lock, but if you enjoy mixing it up a bit and don't mind levelling a bit slower then that's your choice, obviously.
So you are telling me that the extra 7 spell power of this is so much more important than the extra 80 hp of this at level 40? I respect you WoW but im having a hard time seeing where 7 spell power is going to kill mobs so much faster that its better than 5% extra health. Especially since you are regularly tapping for mana, so you can keep killing with less downtime, which is also killing stuff "quickly".
The simple answer is yes, +7 SP is more important than +8 stam when you're levelling.
Levelling as affliction is not about killing one (or more) mob, resting, then doing it again. It's about being a non-stop killing machine.
It almost doesn't matter what your max health is, as long as you have more coming in from Siphon Life and Drain Life than you have going out from Life Taps and damage.
The key to improving that balance is more spellpower, you just can't have too much of the stuff.
More SP means:
More health back from Siphon Life and Drain Life
Harder hitting spells, so you don't need to cast as many
Less life lost to Life Tapping as you don't need to do it as often (see above re: harder hitting spells)
