lose rend.. you dont need it.. you shouldnt use it... and you can only use it in battle stance.. but, youre dpsing in zerker, its not even worth it charging in and rending before stancedancing - its a waste of a GCD.
change ur glyphs (thunderclap and charge?)
4-5k is relative, as it depends on several things - the length of the fight (shorter fights = usually more dps, as trinkets have a longer duration in proportion to the "normal part"), the type of the fight (loatheb, thaddius, hodir anyone?), the buffs (OS zerg for example), aoe vs single target, and skill ofc
im always wary about hearing warriors brag.. ;)

Realy don't see the problems with furywarriors.
There rotation is piseasy once you got the feeling for ragegen.
And gearwise al you need is 5% hit and 26expertise and then you simply start stacking strength like crazy+ 2x +8strength/12stamina(or the epic veriant) for the +21critrating metagem.
AP on everything and 22agility on cloak, berserkering on weapons.
Glyphs WW, heroic strike and then either cleave or execute.
That's al you need to know actualy. Don't see how it gets more easier.
First idiot saying you need more then 5% hit should L2P and know that more strength=hits harder=more rage.
Once capped for hit/expertise strength>ArP(with Grim troll)>crit>ArP(without GT)>haste>hit
Basic furywarriorguide right there.
You can make evreything sounds complicated if you try hard enough.

Use a +10 stats prismatic gem for reaching meta reqs instead of a 10Str+15Stam, even a +6 stats prismatic is better than than the 8Str+12Stam gem
I prefer use epic gems but yea, an extra 10agility ain't bad I gues.

hit till you are special's capped (8%). Any more is a bonus but not needed.
After that Strength is your main stat, Stack s16/20 str gems into your sockets save for one + all stats prismatic for the 21agility meta.
Fury tends to have less use for ArP and Haste then Arms.
Other then that, aim for crit. Dont gem for it, but place it above ArP / haste on gear choices.
Rotation:
There's some theory about Execute spamming at 20%, but I'm not 100% sure on that, so don't quote me.
Standard spec and glyphs:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#LA0c0fhZGxc0Ebu0xRVzAo:mGo0Vz
( Imp. Cleave <> Intensify Rage interchangeable )
Some points can be interchanged to suit environment.
Generally Fury can do well in raids with decent gear (Good weapons with high range are a plus) but it drops in PvP due to the increased damage taken in Berserker stance (yes, it is really noticeable, even with resilience )
