A change I wouldn't mind seeing to Lightning and Water Shield

Considering both Lightning Shield and Water Shield cost 0 mana and have a 10 min duration I thought it would make sense if the balls/orbs automatically replenished themselves once per 5 seconds up to the maximum amount.
If the orbs dropped to 0 the buff would still stay on you and start to regenerate more balls/orbs again after 5 seconds. To me this would just save you from one more thing you would need to pay attention to.
What do you think of this idea? Btw it was sorta stolen from Warhammer Online.

They could work too but would it be overpowered? And if it was they could just increase the hidden cooldown between the effect of the shield.

Is refreshing your shields that difficult? Unless you're getting hit, you shouldn't be losing WS charges anymore with the changes to IWS. And the proc chance of Static Shock is low enough that you shouldn't run out of your 9 charges very frequently.

Not difficult at all. I just don't see the point of having to considering they cost no mana but do waste a gcd. It's just more of an annoyance then anything.

Refreshing LS makes the rotation more interesting. Charges are fine... I just wish it would crit.
