Haven't done 10m, but got 25m down last night happily. The fight is all about CC. If you are going to burn a dps first I really recommend killing the shaman. Grounding and Tremor totems are a pain. That or you need someone assigned to totem stomp.
Also have a priest ready to mass dispell their Heroism/Bloodlust.
Assign at least 1 hunters or DK to kiting the melee dps NPCs.
I went DW frost last night and was handling the pull. Death grip the Shaman to our DPS and then Howling Blast -> Hungering Cold on the rest of their group gave us a solid 10-15 seconds to nuke the 1st target down with any interuptions. HC and Chillblains are awesome on this fight.

To be quite fair, always burn down the shammy first regardless of it's spec. Bloodlust / Heroism and it's totems are by far the biggest pain in that encounter.

While the shaman may have Heroism/Bloodlust, it itself isn't much of a threat, take it down 3rd or 4th imo.
The reason for killing the shaman is that it lets you use your CC. If you leave him up tremor and grounding will wreck havoc on your CC attempts.
tarting all CC's at once and immediately focusing on the main target is crucial. You need to burn the first mob down before too many CC's are used up.
So you can do this ^^

Enhancement Shaman
Rogue
Mage
Disc Priest
Holy Paladin
Boomkin
Have a rogue with
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51679
and
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51626
, with
Wound Poison VII
and
Mind-numbing Poison
. Have him spam FoK through the entire encounter basicly.
When
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51679
have it's interruption removed, this is still a good idea. Wound, Crippling and Mind-numbing poisons on all targets is just plain awesome. Just remember to have some interruption (Shaman is kewl) on healers.
1. Kite Shaman (DK's are awesome at this)
2. Burn the rogue with everything you got (Removes wound poison on your raid)
3. Kill mage (8k/1½-2sec wasn't fun)
4. Kill Priest
5. Kill Shaman
6. Kill Paladin
That's how we killed it this week. And yes, using
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51679
is cheap. But whatever works, does indeed work ;)
