Paladins are not OP. You need to stop playing BG's.
"OMG! BUBBLE IS SO OP!"
You need to L2Play.
8 nerfs later- "ZOMG! THAT PALADIN KILLED ME! THEY ARE SO OP!"

Paladins are not OP
Just saying, any class that stun you for 5 seconds and kill you in that amount of time is... well.. op lol
Not op, then in your opinion how many classes can beat you 1vs1 with equal gear/skill. (i know the game is not supposed to be balanced for 1vs1 just making a point)
Course, i just got my rogue to 80 for pvp and i have a deadly resto druid so i cant really talk about op lol.
^This never happens. This didn't happen before the Ret nerfs, and definitely doesn't happen after 3.2. If you die in one rotation from a Ret Paly ever then you are definitely doing it wrong.
I wont lie, I play a paladin, and have done so for a very long time, and even back in 3.0 when Seal of Blood was godlike I couldn't ever drop 20k damage in a single rotation. Well geared in 3.0 a badass rotation full of crits would yield upwards of 12k damage to someone with no resilience. 3.1 dropped that down closer to 9-10k (again assuming crits and no resil) and 3.2 is a laughable 5-7k depending on choice of Seal and stacks of debuff. Getting a win in 2v2 arena now either requires my opponents to be either stupid and allow a long CC chain or I need to ensure my healer wins the mana battle (which can take a very long time). This is basically how it happened in 3.1 but the CC chains didn't require so much stupidity on the other team, just good timing on mine.
Long story short, Paladin's dont have the "burst" of other classes, never did. We don't have an MS, we dont have a gap closer, we dont have a snare, and we don't have any range either. We do cleave well, we can avoid front-loading arena teams with bubble, we can get out of snares frequently and we do have a 6 second stun on a long cooldown. Understand all that and you'll be killing Paladins left and right.

Paladins were WAY OP at one time.
DKs were WAY OP at one time.
But on the other hand, most classes were OP. Way too much damage in way too short a time to make PVP very much fun. PVP = twitch fest.
