Personally, all of them. I started seeing "lol" playing Quake 2 online and I have hated all acronyms since.
A lot of my co-workers will abbreviate "thanks" in e-mails as "thx", competent people will high-powered degrees.
My wife will speak "WTF" out loud, I explain to her that you use the same amount of syllables and it takes just as long if you say its meaning out loud. She'll also text "wat" to me, which I pronounce as rhyming with "hat" or "fat". I'm pretty sure she only does it now to annoy me.
My beef with the bad spelling and acronyms is that I read things as they look, so it's harder for me to understand someone that is facerolling their keyboard, some people call this being a "grammar cop", but I just can't understand what you're trying to communicate to me.
TL;DR: I hate this one too.

I can't say that any one of the "lolspeak" abbreviations annoys me in particular as long as the medium is casual.
However, if they're used in "classic" l33t speak succession (lulz omg u phail @ phail) or if they're used in what should be a formal setting (like an e-mail that I received from a business partner, who used "wut"),
then
it bothers me.
There are exceptions to the rule. Using l33t speak to invoke irony or sarcasm usually isn't too big a deal in my book.
The one that really bothers me isn't l33t, though. It's "rouge". Rouge is a type of make-up applied to the cheeks; rogue is a stealthy backstabbing class that is a staple of the fantasy genre.
Is it a simple typo? Yes. Will I mock you endlessly for it? Yes. "I need advice for my rouge." "Okay - are you summer or autumn spec? Would you consider your cheekbones pronounced? Do you plan on going dual-wield brushes or powder puffs?"

There is alot of things that gets me annoyed, but mostly it's this shorts and expressions like "OMG" and "STFU".
I mean people say "OMG" for nothing, like today a guy in my guild asked what the daily was, and when someone mentioned Oculus he just shout out "OMFG" because it had been the daily yesterday too, and well yeah, that made me annoyed, and the topic here is which kind of expressions in the game annoys you, like shorts as "LMAO, STFU, ROFL" etc...
So yeah, which kind of expressions annoys you?

Now normally I'm not a huge grammar nazi, but this is a giant case of throwing stones from a glass house. I agree with your underlying point, though. Unless you're in the middle of a boss fight gone wrong or something similar, there's no need to shorten words or ignore capitalization or punctuation, and there's never a need for acronyms like 'OMG' or 'STFU'. Although I do have to admit I can kind of understand acronyms designed to convey that you're laughing at something. It's hard to type a laugh without typing 'haha' which isn't too differentiated from an internet acronym anyways.

Poor grammar annoys me. Poor spelling annoys me. Don't you people use Firefox? It has a built in spell-checker. There should be no excuses for poor spelling. Ever.
Acronyms are destroying the English language. To quote Hank Moody from the show Californication;
"
People seem to be getting dumber and dumber. I mean we have all this amazing technology and yet computers have turned into basically four figure wank machines. The Internet was supposed to set us free, democratize us, but all it’s really given us is Howard Dean’s aborted candidacy and 24-hour a day access to kiddie porn, you know. And people don’t write anymore, they blog; instead of talking, they text; no punctuation, no grammar. LOL this and LMFAO that. You know it just seems to me that it’s just a bunch of stupid people psuedo-communicating with a bunch of other stupid people in a proto-language that resembles more what cavemen used to speak than the king’s English.
"
TL;DR: I hate all acronyms used on the internet to abbreviate sentences or phrases.

I hate most un-necessary ones, like NOOB or PWNED.
Some are tolerable. However, all of the American spellings really irritate me.

I spend my days writing. Research papers, grant proposals, policy recommendations, memos, emails, etc. etc.
After spending 8 hours typing on a keyboard in the most proper and professional manner I can muster, the last thing I want to do is keep typing away when I get home. I want to relax, unwind, play WoW, and still be a social guild member, so I communicate in the most efficient manner possible.
I hate leet speak, but I'm definitely going to throw around the "lol" and the "cg" and "tyvm" whenever I want to. That doesn't mean that's all I do though. I'm more then happy to type for five minutes to help a fellow warlock with spec and rotation or run through the strategy for Sarth when we're taking the new 80s through OS10. I do what the situation calls for.

+1 internet for you! I was being ironic there. Glad someone noticed! :)
But in all seriousness, some acronyms are okay if used in moderation. The occasional "lol" or "gg" or "ty" is okay. Excessive usage of acronyms is what kills it, though. Moderation is the key.

The English language was destroyed when
this
happened.
Any group of people that find logic in that should reconsider the science of their language.
Then they should reconsider whether or not they really want to be the grammar police of said language.
Stop buffaloing the Buffalo buffalo!
Seriously, that made my brain hurt. I also think that I had flashbacks to fifth-grade grammar class when I saw that sentence diagram picture...

My Firefox spellcheck is set for Norwegian, so when I type something in English... well, I get a lot of red lines.
I like to think I spell decently, though.

WoW has 11 million subscribers. 11 million people that cannot tell the difference between "your" and "you're".
Also, "OMG" annoys the hell out of me. Can you imagine talking to someone who just randomly yells "OH MY GOD" every three seconds?
...Holy $%^&. The entire WoW population consists of valley girls.
