Is wrong that rather then get flustered and upset....I was roaring with laughter?

Just a question: for this thread can I link youtubevideos and other videos aswell as news articles (if relevant of course)?
By the way, very good idea for a thread!

I don't know if your rep is high enough for you to post links yet, but I imagine news-related videos would be fine. If its more of a "look at the bunny" or "that guy just got owned in the face" type video, though, I'd recommend putting it in Recycle Bin, which is the general chit-chat thread.

Did you see the 911 call transcripts? The guy was like "Oh, he's running out of the gate. I'm following him." I can't imagine how that can translate to self-defense, when he chases down someone, while armed, because they "looked suspicious." Even under the "stand your ground" law, I don't think it means you can pick fights with people and then call it self defense when they fight back and you shoot them.

I didn't find any reputation restriction in the forum rules? Have I missed something?
Sorry, abit OT...

You have to hit 150 rep (not too hard- just keep logging in) to be able to post links. It's to keep spammers from making new accounts just to post keyloggers, advertisements, and insinuations about people's parentage. If you go up to site reputation, and click "Show all privileges" it will show you.

If you post something
here
I can uprate you so that you can post links MoralWaste.
Though with that username it may be dangerous, lol.

On a lighter note...
Way to cause an international incident because you didn't want to pay 3 bucks for an MP3.

You mean as a comment?
And I'll take that as a compliment, thank you.

Uh, sorry, I didn't realise a bunch of people would downrate you...
On topic:
child sex trafficking
. Anyone got any ideas on how to prevent it?
I can't think of any that wouldn't result in massively increased governmental control of the population (such as surveillance and scanning for predisposition to... sex trafficking... I guess).

Sadly, like most smuggling/trafficking, there really isn't a way; most I'd say is impose harsher sentences on those who human traffic...such as the death penalty.

Im not sure I entirely understand your post there MyTie as I cannot recall any French cruise liner captain at the time of the tsunami and the fact that the fishing boat was swept away with no-one on-board and has been adrift since then.

I was trying to be funny. I was refering to the Italian captain of the Costa Concorda that
wrecked his ship
. He wrecked his ship, but this Japanese boat has been adrift without anyone on it for over a year and hasn't wrecked.

Ah, I get you now. Sorry for being a bit dense there.

I don't see how one could arrange a dinner with the PM without him knowing why, or wondering why their opinions are being sent on to the policy committee.
I could see. The PM basically gets told what to do and how their day is organised by their managers. They don't have time to do personal research about each and every single person they're meeting - they get given a brief bio and a rough agenda of what's going to be talked about. They certainly won't know that it's a bribed meeting.
As for the policy committee, I think that's more just wishful promises, and even if it did get forwarded, it wouldn't be seen as coming directly from the private business - it'd be brought up as a "this is a comment from the electorate".(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##Squishalot##DELIM##
