I'd like to be able to get "bonus levels". like everyone 10 levels on a character you get an BoA item that brings up the level of one of your characters, as long as the character is lower than the level of the character you got the item on. Would be so nice to just skip the annoying level 30-40 bracket.

If we forget for a moment how much work it would be for how little goodness, I'd like to be able to fly in Azeroth.

Class quests
required
to progress every 10 levels. If you can't complete it, then you can't level any further. Must be performed in a single person instance so that you can't be boosted through, and you do it without gear so you can't twink out to make it irrelevant.
Thus, if you can't figure out your class, you don't deserve to be lvl 80.
They wouldn't have to be uber hard, but at least require some semblance of knowledge of your class and key abilities.
This.
Also, stop balancing classes around Arena. It's supposed to be played for fun, it's not what the game's about though. Seriously. Stop nerfing classes or buffing others just because the QQ about how they do in Arena. NOBODY CARES!
Also, for all you people complaining about BE and Be paladins.... I mean really? It was the Alliance who %^&*!ed about not getting Shamans, although if they had half a brain they'd realize Paladins were always better. And there's seriously nothing wrong with Blood Elfs. Kael'thas is probably one of the most bad-ass characters in the game. Just because Blood Elfs look "nice" compared to the rest of the Horde doesn't mean they're pretty boys. Seriously. Look at some lore about Blood Elfs. They really aren't like how they're portrayed in WoW. Blizzard just hates the Horde. :P

I've got some ideas:
Either draenei and troll druids, dwarf shaman, and troll or tauren paladins...or let us hide shoulder armor.
(By the way...in before "holy cow.")

Update graphics engine!
But if it was somethin small, I would have the flight paths more straight and logical, and be able to dismount from a flightpath's flight (and some kind of slowfall).

I would like something like a level above Heroic mode. To make instances a bit more useful.
/script SetDungeonDifficulty(3);
Tobad you just can't enter the instance on Epic Difficulty

One thing I would say is for there to be a upper level limit set on instances.
I wouldn't keep higher level players out of instances, but I would put a loot-limit, i.e. boss drops (rare-quality from 5-mans, epic-quality from raids) does not drop if there is a player involved who is more than 3 levels higher than the final boss.
This would allow players with quests or just looking for xp to get runs from higher level players but people who want the items would need to do it in it's proper way.
(This would also fix the item level gap between previous End Game and new End Game. Lvl60 epic tier sets would not be attainable with someone Lvl64 or higher, so there would be no need to add Lvl60 raid-quality BoE greens with TBC, etc.)
Should just auto scale players and their gear down the level range for the instance, would actually make all dungeons challenging regardless of your level.
would also force players to learn their class as they level instead of being boosted the whole 80 levels.

Reminds me of another idea I had, with Heroic mode available for every instance/raid and available as soon as the dungeon is (i.e. Heroic Deadmines at Lvl18).
As part of this change, Heroics would scale to your individual levels (bosses are for more challenge) rather than being pre-set at level cap.
