They know, but Sylvanas wont do anything about it. She believe's her undeath keeps her away from all remenants of her old life. Also, and this is the big thing.............Veressa aint a blood elf, she still counts as a High Elf since she kicked her addiction, so she counts in the world as Alliance not Horde lol. Of course there is probably going to be the big reunion thing for the Windrunner sister's when we eventually find Alleria on whatever planet the Alliance expedition is stuck on. They'll prob do one like there was for the Bronzebeard Brothers in Storm Peaks at Frosthold.

I doubt Veressa doesn't know about Sylvannas. After the Wrathgate event? Talks of Sylvannas were probably pouring over Dalaran, especially around Rhonin.
Sylvannas may not know about Veressa, though. She rarely leaves her little throne room.

No, they know, they mention it in passing in Night of the Dragon. But as I said before heh, Sylvanas is a Forsaken and believes in their ideals, her whole Lament of the Highborne sing-along not withstanding.

If the Silver Covenant is at the final Battle, Vareesa will be there, or if her Husband Rhonin is there, she will still be there. So we might see some Sylvanas/Vareesa action at that point.

There's the tip in MoP that "No one has seen Alleria and Turalyon for years" so the Windrunners are going to be in the story more soon for sure. With everyone going back in time in WoD, I think that with Alleria known to be alive and accessible, Sylvanas and Vereesa will reunite. At least I hope :-)

No one has seen Amelia Earheart in years either. :P

Um...No. Blizzard has already told us that A&T will not be in Warlords. And as said in other threads: Sylvanas is a member of the Horde. Vereesa hates the Horde. Alleria hates Orcs. If it is a reunion, it's gonna be the two living sisters together to kill the undead sister.

whoa whoa whoa, hold it right there bro'
You have a very solid point with Vereesa and Sylvanas, but Alleria? she hated orcs yes, but if there's one thing about her personality that is even bigger is her extreme solidarity to her homeland. I honestly believe her capable of giving the middle finger to the alliance if she learns what they did to her people.
Come on, she got genocidal-angry at the orcs when they barely burned some trees. Can you imagine how apesh** she's gonna get at the humans when she learns they imprisoned her people on the violet hold TWICE and tried to commit genocide on them over nothing but bigotry? Not to mention the multiple betrayals like the darnassian spies on quel'thalas, the purge of dalaran, etc. She's gonna pop a vein on her forehead when she hears the news, and while she despises the orcs I can never see her waging war against her nation, let alone cooperating with the people who put her kin in chains and marched them to the executioner's block over pure racism.

Since it's implied she murdered all age groups of Orcs...I can't see her going anywhere near Sylvanas since she's under the banner of the Horde.
Yes Humans have done bad things...but she missed all of that; the freshest things in her mind are going to be what the greenskins did to her lands. There's also the fact that everything about Sylvanas goes against nature and I'm willing to bet that Alleria would want to free her sister from the evilness of Undeath.
Don't forget Rank, just like Vereesa, Alleria is married to a Human; I see her joining with the High Elves over the Blood.

Garithos, solitary racist representing a splinter faction of the Alliance.
Spied on after the Blood Elves had joined the Horde or expressed clear intent to do so. Blood elves, again, expelled as a result of joining with the Horde and having one of their former agents use their facilities to betray Dalaran. Should be more of a 'why would you trust the orcs!' moment than anything else. Really though, the Sunreavers seriously should have kept better track of their member's activities or at the very least their own facilities after the whole debacle with the mana bomb and iris.
As for waging war against her own people, who ever said it would come to that? She could negotiate a truce between them and the Alliance, as had been an earlier intention by Lorthemar, and even the release of those in the Violet Hold with her political clout. So, perhaps less pissed and possibly showing some actual intelligence.

So, perhaps less pissed and possibly showing some actual intelligence.
Right, because Alleria has ever been shown in any other mood other than pissed.
=P
We're not talking about a reasonable authority figure like Anduin or Lothar here, we're talking about Alleria. ALLERIA, a hot head who's head is so hot you can practically boil eggs on it.

Hot head or not, she's still very skilled at what she does.

Let's hope she's mellowed or at least shows some sane intiative, otherwise we may see her as suffering from chronic Blizzard female syndrome.
