I've never liked AK for enhancement. Let's say after all your raid buffs, you're at 500 INT (if you haven't cleared naxx yet, you're probably at or just under 400), that's 150 mana, 10 attack power and an insignificant amount of spell crit per point.
With Static Shock in your build, I'd always go with the 3/3 Imp Shields over 30 attack power and 450 mana.

Ditch Elemental Focus and max out call of flame, then Glyph Lightning Shield and you have a perfectly good raiding build.
Also, lava lash glyph is really weak. I've been finding that my LS orbs are giving me more dps than LL is...

There's a link to my character, talent wise I would go with 2 AK, and 3 Enhancing Totems. Gotta validate your raid spot beyond Bloodlust, and that's the only way to make your totem better than Horn of Winter. As for Glyphs, I would say neither of those. Use Stormstrike, Shocking, and Feral Spirit. Stormstrike is a gimme, Shocking allows a bit of forgiveness in the priority rotation, and Feral Spirit is just a huge boost to their DPS, and you should be popping those every 2 minutes. The talent build I use nets me between 3k and 4k DPS in Ulduar, raid buffed, and fight dependent.
