tbh they basicly ruined ret palas in pvp the SOC seal they said they buff sure NERFED the judge dmg but does 36% more wep dmg thats alot ...... removing SOM/B well we all knew pll was QQing about the dmg from it , they say they buffed SOV well tbh they just made it even crapper lol 5 stacks till u can acually do dmg then if u are fighting a preist or some1 that can dispel it ur compeleted ****ed they just nerfed the **** out of palas in pvp but buffed em abit more in pve reli pointless tbh thanks for compleleted getting rid of palas in pvp -.- stupid blizzard
...uh... what? That sounds like a lot of QQing at things that haven't even happened yet.
SoC DID get buffed -- it's now basically SoB/M, without the knockback. It proc's on EVERY melee attack, just as SoB/M did, and the Judgement damage was lowered to match this. SoC can now be used everywhere, as opposed to basically being a fill-in for leveling. If it helps, just close your eyes and imagine it's SoB/M.
SoV did get a buff. At the moment, it's being assumed that SoV still has a DoT ticking. Therefore, the damage on the fifth stack is all buff -- something we don't have yet. The extra 33% Holy damage will also be a nice boost to a tank's threat, and it's yet to be confirmed, but this could also be a good choice for Retadins in PvE. But, get this -- we don't know for sure, BECAUSE THE PATCH ISN'T OUT YET.
And where did the PvP nerf come in? I didn't see one instance of nerf for Retardins in PvP. We won't have as much burst damage, but then again, Exorcism castable on players again? That sounds like a major buff (or, you know, giving back, if you were around for early 3.1). Our overall damage isn't going anywhere, and now we have no SoB/M knockback.
On paper, I love the changes. I hope it all pans out well, to be honest. XD

^--- If Aliens intercepted this message, we've effectively delayed first contact for at least another two hundred years because even us humans have to translate.
I believe that SoB/SoM being removed is a good idea since it cuts back on a ridiculous amount of burst, but the buff to SoC is nice and the buff to SoV is awesome. I'm not so upset about CS being nerfed in straight weapon damage since the cooldown was slashed by a third. My only concern is mana since we'll be using it more often (PvP wise). Heck, a priest is a ret pallys bane since three mana burns makes a paladin OOM.

They are doubling the block value of all shields, so its still a buff
I'm not wearing any block value gear.
They're only doubling block value as a stat on gear (not on shields, not from strength)
This change makes me lose 5700 (potentially more because I didn't calculate the libram) threat-per-minute unbuffed from ShoR
They also increased the threat from ShoR. You should see a DPS drop but not a TPS drop

Hmm I wonder if exorcism is gonna lose its cooldown and make holy pallies "smite spamming" healers. if someone already asked this sry.. never read all 5 pagesUnless they actually say they're removing it, they're likely not going to.
So far they haven't.

My thoughts on the healidins in the world of 3.2.
According to testers from the PTR, the HoT from FoL on a SS target resets each time FoL is cast on the said target, however it does NOT tick until the 3rd second. This means the HoT will never tick if you spam FoL on your target. I feel like this is a weak design, unless...
If this was intentional, then it looks like Blizzard's preferred method of healing would be to Beacon/SS the tank, get a FoL crit off for a better HoT, then ignore the tank and spot heal the raid with Beacon returning 100% of the heal including overhealing, only going back to the tank to use HL for spike damage or refreshing the HoT (casting it until it crits for the stronger HoT). Holy Shock isn't as inefficent as most people think, especially if you have the a 2 piece bonus from 7.5 and 2 piece bonus from 8.5 tier. 7.5 gives you an extra 10% crit chance on HS with the 8.5 giving your target a HoT equal to 100% of the HS over 12 seconds if it crits (Divine Favor would guarentee this hot). BAM, you now have two HoTs. Throw in Forethought Talisman and you have a "chance on proc" 3rd HoT.
Our power to heal is getting an overall boost in exchange for 50% less regen from Illumination. Personally, I'd rather leave it as is since I can spot heal the raid without losing the tank in Ulduar with little problems, but there's no point in complaining since I like all the other players don't really have a say in the matter. We'll just learn to adapt.

Overhaul
PvP Prot with 3.2 is going to be great. Some reasons for this are:
1. On-Use Block Value Items: All items and set bonuses that trigger temporary increases to block value have been modified. Instead of increasing their block value amount by 100% like other items, they have all had their effect durations doubled. This applies to Glyph of Deflection, Gnomeregan Autoblocker, Coren's Lucky Coin, Lavanthor's Talisman,
Libram of Obstruction
, Tome of the Lightbringer, Libram of the Sacred Shield, the tier 8 paladin Shield of Righteousness bonus, the tier 5 paladin Holy Shield bonus, and the tier 5 warrior Shield Block bonus.
Now The reason I highlighted Libram of Obstruction is because i have it and when it prots from a judgment every 8 seconds (talented) I get a nice buff with my SotR. Now that its duration will be doubled possibly, I can have 100% uptime with it. The doubling with gear is an added bonus. This easily makes up for the 130% to 100% nerf. In full block gear you can easily get high hits. I already get over 5k crits with SotR with block only at 11%. The extra block also works wonders in PvP, weaker hits on you and they don't suffer from diminishing returns. This makes a prot blockadin great for PvP.
2. Seal of Vengeance/Seal of Corruption was never used by any wise prot pally in PvP, prot should use Seal of Justice in PvP and had talented HoJ to 20 seconds. It makes your opponent stunned almost 100% of the time. If they are not stunned and they are trying to heal, use Avenger’s shield or Arcane Torrent to interrupt. The only class I have had problems with this is a ret pally because of the talented Hand of Freedom that breaks my stuns, and they often go into the prot tree for the shortened stun duration.
3. Ardent Defender: Redesigned. Currently, any damage taken by the paladin while at 35% health or below is reduced. Instead, any attack that would reduce the paladin to 35% health or below has its damage reduced. In addition, once every 2 minutes an attack that would have killed the paladin will fail to kill, and instead set the paladin's health to 10/20/30% of maximum.
This is like a prot pallys 4th life (1st your normal life, 2nd LoH, 3rd Bubble, 4th now Ardent defender). A prot pally literally can have 4 shots at killing a person in PvP. No other class or spec gets that many shots, if anything a prot pally can at least blow the opponents mana and kill them if the enemy is healing though them and somehow not getting stunned and silenced to the point they can't heal.
