The most annoying thing in the game in my opinion are the people who treat leveling as a race. I can't count how many times I tried to tap an enemy with a ranged attack only for some other class to literally walk straight past me and tap it first. Constantly.

I quite like that actually. Means I can /kick them from my raid and get a replacement before we get started ;)
Just so I'm on-topic:
People who expect me to cut gems/make flasks/belt buckles/etc and don't expect to provide mats/money and/or similar service in return?
"lol i r DK. i no lvl profs, take 2 long lol"
"You're a DK who's not getting any buffs/enchants then. Good day to you."

Shamans that mind their own business while you summon your group for naxx, who then knock half your raid off the necropolis.

Saying "DPS LFG X instance" and getting several whispers asking "Inv i am good dps".
And someone spamming "New guild accepting all classes, must be lvl 10 or higher!", does 10 levels really matter?
People who rage when I refuse 10g to them, on my level 20 alt..

1. people who you dont know who ask you for gold. (i once had a lf 59 DK ask me for gold so he could buy gear.)
2. people you dont know that ask for instance runs (whatever happened to getting a group)
3. people who use the term Noob, and have no idea what it actually means
4.people who flood trade with "Horde in GS or Westfall." (well duh, of course there is/will be.)

Long-time players telling new players to get to 80 using boosts and without worrying about gear. Surely there is no shortage of level 80 'tards in the wrong gear, given the number of posts on Wowhead about these people. Thanks for trying to suck all the fun out of WoW until the end of it. Just because you played back in the day and are now bored of it all except for Northrend is no reason to tell anyone else to skip it.
Gold spammers. It infuriates me that someone's inability to get hired at McDonald's somehow gives them the right to bother me online. It's bad enough they are performing invisible mining on the nodes, now they want me to buy the gold they made from selling the ore that I was standing on.

People just walking up to me when I'm on my mage and asking "portal XXXX plz". Just because I am in a town and moving (indicating I'm not afk) does not mean I am your personal taxi. Ask in general and trade and let one of the mages who are currently offering that service send you. Nothing @#$%es me off then some D**che following me about spamming me because I won't invite him for a portal.
Actually. i have a thing about mages.
I know you have other things to do, but i allways ask nice if i need a portal and see a mage in the major city im in, i whisper, once:
Excuse me, can i buy a portal to <Insert city name here>?
, they could at least answer with a "no". yes, you might get many whispers a day. but at least. dont be rude.
i might understand the "portal XXXX plz" thing not being answered, but im polite, and i have learned i am stupid to expect anyone else being so, and yes. this happens to me quite often, and well. thats my number 1 in the hall of Shame
(Nods to the guy with the flamethrower heating up, "yes yes, im ready.."

People that say Warlocks are faceroll.
Deleting my WTF folder.
Killing a player while questing in lower levels then getting camped for over an hour by their level 80 that they have fight for them because they are bad.

Aside from the obvious ones that have been mentionned (people who generally wait for others to do the job), here is another thing that bugs me : making business with people: I'm an enchanter and it usually goes like this :
- /2 avaible, blah blah fancy ad
- do you have the mats ? (no i don't sell my mats, bring yours please, damn I forgot to mention that in my ad again)
(long minutes pass)
- ok i'll check the ah
(long minutes pass)
- link prof plz
(long minutes pass)
- wah it's expensive (uh yeah well .... )
(long minutes pass)
- can you come to Orgrimmar ? ( /sigh yeah sure)
(we're grouped so i go to where the guy is)
- (guy runs around) are you coming ? where are you ? (looking at your minimap and clicking on my face would help) right next to you (i jump like an idiot)
(long minutes pass)
- link prof plz
(come on, almost there ....)
- i need
(oh yay finally a window opens /em enchants gear, the guy tries to finalize the exchange)
- a tip for my trouble please ?
(3 g)
- super, thank you.
So yeah, i'm not bothering anymore.
As a tailor though, spellthreads are good because people usually have all the mats ready, so no travel, no hassle, gratz on the news leg gear, have a nice day, quick and painless transaction.
Another thing that bothers me is people putting grey stuff on the AH, or listing random crap for 999999 g ... i don't know if it's a way for gold buyers to collect it, or just people expecting poor sods to click by mistake, but i find it very irritating.
That is all for now -_-
