mayi suggest you lv 79:

you posted this tallent build, but i will suggest tu put that 5 points in deflection in ret tree then anticipation in prot tree, because when you parry your attack will be quicker, so its better, because you avoid dmg and you will do higher damage theoretically, but otherwise good build

Yeah, parry would be the same amount of avoidance with a little more damage but while I was looking at it I thought of something else. Since it's all leveling filler anyway, I think
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sZE00hZVfbtbIuGdIfsu:0aZcm
would be better for the last 5 points. The 6% less damage in Imp RF is big and when soloing there is no problem with having RF up. Divine Purpose would mean slightly less damage from spells/ranged plus the ability to get yourself out of stuns. (I'm thinking of those undead pally wanna-be's in Icecrown who stun constantly.) At any rate, it's all less damage taken one way or the other.
Leveling builds updated to include SotP, much less filler for the last few points.

To answer your question Caean.
Hit is the best thing to stack. And the same amount of item points that would give you 1% increase in DPS through hit will give you .75% increase in DPS with expertise.
With BiS ret gear you will have enough expertise through gear thus EJ weights it lower than str.
But when you're gearing up hit and expertise should be on the top of the list. Since only ~20% of our damage is not affected by expertise and our most important damage is affected by it.
Ofcourse you shouldn't go out of your way and neglect other stats in order to achieve these caps but they should be your main goal.
.
Or the simple answer: Yes you're correct.

It's already in the Helpful Threads section which is the same as a sticky. Thanks for the appreciation though!
At 20 why not take seal of command? that is as soon as you get it, and when you do get that seal you should glyph for it, and that is your main seal from then on right?
Just a preference thing. Personally I like PoJ for the increased run speed. Running after all is the absolute number 1 thing you do most of, so increasing it by 15% makes leveling that much faster. You can get SoC at 22 so you're only pushing it back by 2 levels. If you want to, get it first then PoJ, won't make or break your leveling experience.

I will when it's released and everything is decided on.

Updated for 3.2. Changed:
- Seal list
- Leveling builds (lvs 70 and 79 to include SotP)
- Recommended raiding build (include SotP and SoV glyph)
- FCFS rotation (HoW before CS now)
- Judgement to use
That should be it. As always, let me know about any other changes.
Edit:
Also changed:
- Added newest libram
- Updated profession benefit value
- Couple of minor edits that didn't apply anymore due to 3.2

Thanks for the catch, you also made me realize I forgot to add in Hand of Reckoning, with the added damage making it a great pulling ability. Changed that section to:
lv 16: Hand of Reckoning - It's a taunt for prot pallies, but for ret it's a great pulling ability for leveling.
lv 20: Exorcism - An offensive spell that deals holy damage and will guarantee a crit if used against undead or demons. Use Exo after you pull with HoR, and you can use it after HoJ, other than that, wait until you get the Art of War talent to fully implement into your rotation.
Hopefully that answers your question, use Exo after pulling when soloing, and only include it in your rotation (whether soloing or in dungeons) after you get Art of War.

Really like this guide, the only thing I might change would be the level 30 spec, I prefer
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=35397
over
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=20121
, even at this stage 15% + the additional glyph for Exorcism, helps. And we currently get our 4th rank of Might at 32, so the next 2 points would go to Imp Blessing of Might.
I also question parry instead of benediction as a dps improvement for soloing...

Thanks, glad you like it. Like I mention though, the leveling builds are just guidelines. If you want to tweak em, by all means. Switching the order around isn't going to alter your leveling by a noticeable amount (except for the important ones, i.e. Crusader Strike, Divine Storm).
As for parry, it's not in any of the builds I listed, not sure why you mention it.
Edit: added CS in the important ones, didn't want it to feel left out)
