Wow... this is by far, one of the most compelling and original class ideas I've ever read. I only have one question though... for the races that you chose to be able to make this class... well, why only them? You have intrigued me, and I would love to know more about the lore behind the class.

I don't really know why I only chose those races. Maybe because the Bronze only just chose those races to limit the amount of people they gave their power to. In all actuality, future Hero classes will be available to all races to prevent whining from players because they can't make a Tauren or Space Goat Chronomancer.

A few suggestions for the Infinite tree.
The first is add a "middle" heal, between Solar Wind and Life Eternal, that would be about 2 seconds to cast. Another option is to increase the cast time of LE by 0.5 seconds and decrease the cast time of SW by 0.5 seconds. Personally, I'm in favor of the latter.
I would personally remove the CD from Future Heal. Anyone who spams it.... well, yeah. And, with no CD, the buff is only up half the time. If you are really reluctant to do that, then reduce the CD to 30sec, or reduce the bonus to healing. imho, it's not worth using on a 1min CD.
I would reduce the healing done in the Nebula Blossom to 10%. Keep the mana regen the same though.... mana regen is nice.
Add another AoE healing ability (I'm assuming you consider Timeless Assist an AoE ability) to the Infinite tree, one on a 10sec CD or so, or add it as the 51 pt talent, something like that. Make it do something like "Heals the target for x health every two seconds for ten seconds".
Also, I have an idea* for Warp Mending. Cut the heals down to 620, reduce the original mana cost by half, and make it stack up to 4 times.
Moving on from the Infinite tree, I would also add in another resource that is similiar to Rage, and stacks up to 250. It would be called "Empowered Sand".* I assume you are going to use hourglasses as the relic if there is going to be a relic, but if it's a wand, it could just be an item you pick up in the starting zone. You gain a certain amount of the Sand resource every time you cast a spell, depending on the original cast length of the spell, and lose one every second out of combat. The point is to stack it up to full, then it makes one spell of your choice an instant cast. A one second cast would generate 5 of the Sand, a two second cast 10, a three second cast 15, etc. Just an interesting suggestion. It won't go past the 250 cap, like rage, however, there is a button (off GCD) that you can press to activate the effect of the Sand. Also, for every 50 Sand you have, your damage/healing is increased by 1%.
The reasoning behind it could be that as you cast spells, the Essence of Time permeates objects around you, filling them with the Essence of Time. The hourglass is a special object used to capture this fallout Essence and infusing it into the sand of the hourglass. Once all the sand in your hourglass has been infused, you basically get OMG imba (in other words, a free cast and increasing the damage/healing of that spell by 25%).
*An interesting recommendation that you don't have to add in.
Thank you for taking the time to read my lengthy feedback.... I try to be thorough. Maybe I'll read through the other two specs later.
Edit: Also, BUMP!

Please add Cloth. All classes can use armor classes below them so Blizzard can make items that are cloth so all classes can use them.
I would think that it's implied that they can use cloth, it seems like listing it would be unnecessary.

Even though is on the Lore & Roleplaying section, I dont think Blizzard is going to even take a look at these kind of ideas.
How could these all of sudden fit in the current timeline in WoW, lore? Even in this forum category, it should've find out.
Plus, as a hero class even, shouldn't these be available for all races, because if they dont, its lil' akward.
I like the idea very much, but I'm very sure this is not going to happen.
