Class + Race specific abilities for WotLK?

I've moved this topic into its own thread because I believe Blizz needs to give this serious consideration. My idea for making WotLK better is to introduce abilities that are gained at the level cap and are unique to a player's class/race combo. These should come with massive cooldowns to compensate for their powers.
Some suggestions:
Undead Warlock - Shadow Bolt Volley for massive aoe damage
Human Priest - Light of Redemption rezzes all dead raid members at instant speed for 90% of base mana
Gnome Mage - TriElemental Bolt silences foes, DOTs the same way a Fireball does, and slows movement speed. Damage should be way above Pyro.
Troll Warrior - Instant 100% Rage Bar
I want to hear your ideas! Let's fully develop this so Blizz only has to code it, saving them on R&D.

Dwarf Warrior - Titan's Gift: immune to damage for X seconds, but does not alter rage generation or threat
O.O I like it!
Night Elf Hunter - Call of the Stereotype: Sends their pet to fetch a dictionary.
Roflz!
A variation on Nelf Huntards - Call of the Unimaginitive: Instantly summons all the Huntard's Huntard friends

Inquistion's Strength - (Prot) Reduces damage by x% and reflects y% (5 minute cooldown)

Blood Elf Priest: Bending the Light - Reverses healing to afflicted target to deal 1/2 damage instead of being healed for 20 seconds.
Blood Elf Rogue: Mana Disruption Poison - Has a 40% of instantly draining 1/4 of inflicted damage of strike.
Blood Elf Paladin: Seal of Superiority - If Blessing of Kings is active on paladin buff is increased by 10%. When judged and target is afflicted by Vindication debuff is increased by 10%.
Undead Warlock: Seed of Undeath - Afflicts target to deal X - X damage over 5 seconds and after 5 seconds all enemy targets in a 10 yard radius are afflicted by debuff that deals X damage instantly upon being healed. Debuff lasts 30 seconds.
Tauren Hunter: Hoof of the Insane - Launches your hoof at enemy target instantly killing them if they are gnomes and deals X damage instantly and stuns them for 5 seconds otherwise.
Tauren Druid: Reciprocation - Applies a buff to selected friendly target for 20 seconds that increases Armor by 1600 and when dissolves applies a buff for 30 seconds to druid that increases healing and spell damage by 200.
Gnome Warrior: Contradiction - Changes class to Mage. Seriously, what were you thinking? I mean PvP you're ok but your trinket skill was nerfed and now you're not so great. what are you gonna do with all that intellect? Stupid.

This is a solid idea, but I don't think it would ever be implemented if you kept it at such a grandiose scale. Most everything mentioned here would be hideously overpowered. Everyone would, at that point, complain that their abilities weren't as good as xx race and demand to be able to change and it would be a hassle.
This complaint has already been happening amongst priests for quite a while; I can only imagine peoples' reactions if the same applied to every single race + class combination.

I dunno if you wanted these spec specific but mine are
Undead Warrior-Bloodwall(Prot)-Reduce damage taken by X% where X is the current damage taken.
Orc Warlock-Demonic Blast(Demo Spec)-The warlock sacrifices current pet dealing X damage where X is the pet's total health and mana.
Tauren Hunter-Tamer of the Plains(BM)-For 45 seconds the hunter is able to summon a second pet that is in the first slot of the stable
I hadn't considered spec-specific until I read this post. The only problem I have with it is that it might be added to the top of a tree like a talent. I do not want to spend a talent point on it.
I like your ideas! I'm not big on the game's lore, but lore-based ideas really tickle my fancy. Keep'em coming, we're doing great!

I already complain that my fire mage dies too easily, but I chose to play a mage, so if I want something different, I should just roll and level. Honestly, we can't all be resto druids or holy pallies, but maybe some ultimates would give us a chance against them. -lol-

Well yes, but this would obviously be implemented after everyone currently playing has chosen their race and class, and they would whine that they shouldn't HAVE to reroll to gain something that Blizzard decided to give to someone of another race, which is a fair argument.
