Diablo II: Resurrected PTR Update and Date for Season Two Coming Next Week

Just an update on PTR status. We are expecting a new PTR build next week for the community so expect notes and news about that sometime next week.

We are still on track with our internal schedules for 2.5 and will also have a Season 2 start date in the PTR notes that are posted so people can properly plan out their time well in advance of the Season 2 start.

Looking forward to the feedback on the new PTR changes.

So far none of the seasons made me return to the game. There is just not enough new things to do in the game. It definitely was fun to do a complete playthrough on launch and to farm some good runewords and gear but it's not fun enough for me to do this season after season with no real changes to endgame. Our should I say additions to endgame.
They do add very minor things, but in the end you can only do the same stuff over and over again. For the price of admission I was really hoping they would put more resources into this. But it turns out to be like in the original diablo 2. Where it turned out that at some point there was only one developer assigned and they did all the major last updates to it. Including runewords and adding unused art assets. And honestly what they are doing at the moment probably takes 10 developers or less. At least it's not enough to make innovation happen and be realized. Such a shame
