I didnt expect people not to sleep, to share logins to carry on leveling, to not read quests during the leveling experience, to making no new friends and being apart of the community, to not leveling professions of any kind.Yes its not 2004 anymore but people wanted to play authentic classic, and this isnt it.. It really puts me off classic with this whole MUST BE FIRST mentality. Not to mention the economy is going to be squify, just overall missing the point completely but this is just my opinion :)
They may have killed Ragnaros but I hit level 20 today and got my cat form. So who’s the real winner here?
It's mind-boggling how they cleared that raid before 99.9% of players reached level 60. Heck, they cleared it before most even reached level 50. I am mind-blown how they did it so fast already - blew Method out of the park. Imagine if these dedicated players were playing as hardcore as Method in modern WoW - as you can see, Method aren't close to the calibre of some dedicated WoW players.
woah....inb4 there isnt supposed to be class stacking
So wow classic MC allows levels 30s to clear content...Even when mc was on farm back in 2006 that couldnt happen. Even 60s would get 1 shot by gehenes or major domo.
As I've been saying since the talk about Classic started, the game wasn't hard. People had bad PCs, bad internet connections, and the logistics were an issue. Not really an issue these days, plus all this stuff was done years ago. Not sure what people were expecting.
15 year old version of a game beaten easier than when it was brand new? Say it aint so. People have been speed running Vanilla on private servers for over a decade, theres nothing new to any of what they did.
so according to the retail forms this means its garbage right? since it such a short time to beat that means the game sucks and no one should play? i mean thats what im told about retail when bosses get beat so easily
No fire resist gear? OMG I remember our guild having to farm so many mats so that we could craft gear to survive the middle of the raid that REQUIRED fire resist!
To all who surprised and can't believe this: What the hell did you expect? This content was made 15 years ago to an audiance who was new to the game and had no idea how to play it. And these guys played vanilla WoW for years on every single private server, where raids were even harder because they buffed them, what Blizzard didn't do.
Yey, let's burn out a game that has already been burned out for 15 years.Yeah, I'm sticking to retail. I only play Classic for the old max-level dungeons.
