Just as Superbloom event starts (while tree is still stationary) there is fruit in front of the tree. Clicking it gives you options to choose one power.

The higher your renown, the faster you can do this achievement. Eventually you will have more choices at the start, pick two abilities at the start of the event, and also pick one mid way.

This achievement becomes easier to complete as your renown with the Dream Wardens increases. As you gain renown levels with the Dream Wardens you will unlock Blooming Proficiency ranks, with the final upgrade being rewarded at renown level 16. Each rank unlocks a new dreamfruit with additional powers to choose from. These new dreamfruits spawn along the path that Sprucecrown patrols from the beginning to the end of the event, making it easier to complete the achievement when you have more powers to choose from :)

For the last day I was at Renown 6 (kept token for anniversary after doing 10 on an alt first) and after about 20 events I didn't seen any new. So today I decided I turn in some tokens to 12 (as I'm not sure to do 16 too, but I forget the treasues in my calc so maybe I can). On my first superbloom on renown 12 i got the following changes (and ofc some luck)

1st timne I saw

* Basket of Explosive Acorns (epic; one of the two starting fruits)
* The Superb Loom (rare) / Wake Up! (green) (one of the half time fruits, I took superb as they were on the same)
* Fae Lens (rare, half time)

With renown 12 you also get a second fruit on half of the event. Only had one fruit before

Wake Up! and Star shower (rare) on same option at the half time stop. As I again could only pick one I picked Star Shower.

Over the next blooms of the evening I got Memory of L'ghorek (epic) twice. Both at the half time stop. Only "Nae'dra Nibbles" missing for me.
I think that with higher renown the chances for the rare and epic powers is greatly increased, but they are not necessarly unlocked.

edit 6:
25 blooms now trying to get the Nibbles, but well my friend as done the achvievment already so I know it can be doen befor 16
and for your information you can get two epics at the same chose.

If you come late to the event, you can still get the middle fruit for couple of minutes !

Just opened one at 10:22 when the event already finished.

You can pick the fruits with warmode on
And then logout -> Disable warmode and then pick again for an additional chance

At renown 12 with Blooming Proficiency III, I see 2 dream fruit trees during a super bloom event, and each tree has 2 fruit. I've seen 1 additional fruit added with each rank of blooming proficiency as my renown has increased.

The first dream fruit tree is at the start of the event at around 51,60

I'm not sure if the Sprucecrown takes the same path every time, but at least one of the locations that the 2nd dream fruit tree can spawn is at 46.3, 63.1

The dream fruit trees will stay up for some time after Sprucecrown passes by them during a superbloom. I've found that I can back track during the event, or even come back a short while after it ends and still collect the dream fruit.

If you want to camp this, you can show up at any point during the event before the final boss is killed and collect the dream fruit. You need to figure out whether Sprucecrown took the south (clockwise) or north (counter-clockwise) path.

The camp spots are "safe" if the event is still in progress and the 2nd tree hasn't spawned yet, just camp there and wait for the tree to spawn. If you're coming in after the fact, the camp spots are close enough to the tree that you can find it from that reference point.

During the Superbloom there are 4 dreamfruits available from which you can choose the powers.

At Renown 16 with Dream Wardens you can choose one power out of 3 instead of 2 powers from a dreamfruit.

Done this since it came out, still missing Might of Ursoc... quite annoying.
Even tried to do the "trick" of WM on -> WM off, to select twice...

Dumb trick that can make this slightly faster: If you click a fruit and it only gives you options you already have, then you can join a group via LFG or something to get kicked into another phase and the powers we be rerolled when you click the fruit again.
