Instructor Severin gives a dialog option to do the Paragon's Challenge after doing the world quest Flight School: Up and Away! the first time (it wasn't there for me before I did the WQ). Once activated, a windstream appears next to him and you get Paragon's Challenge. If you leap off, you get Archon's Grace and an extra action button called Foresight which stops you mid-air for 2 minutes (Foresight). The extra action button then changes to Prudence allowing you jump forward again. The tooltips indicate these abilities are for dodging Charged Javelin.

Unfortunately for me when I tried, the flowers (clouds?) do not give you a bounce like they did during the world quest. I'm guessing I have to wait for the next time the WQ is up to do it in Paragon's Challenge mode.

Hope this helps others figure this out.

Follow-up: Apparently this achievement does require that you be able to complete the world quest - otherwise you can't bounce on the clouds, even on the challenge path. After doing the WQ "normal" the first time, the option for the paragon's challenge becomes available. Next time the WQ is up - DON'T COMPLETE IT. Talk to Instructor Severin and initiate the challenge and go left. Once you're done, you'll get this achievement and completion of the WQ.

My friend was able to receive this achievement by simply not completing the world quest normally, but starting the paragon level as the first thing when arrived.

When finishing the paragon level it also completed the WQ for him.
I did the world quest first, and tried the paragon, doesn't work, just fall through the blossoms. (no bounce)

Edit: For comments below, we both had the option to activate before doing the world quest, Maybe a side quest unlocked it? unsure

I was having an annoying bug where I would always fall through the third flower, no matter where I landed on it. To fix this I used a Goblin Glider Kit. On the bounce of the second flower, you can glider to the 4th flower, being sure to cancelaura when there. Indeed, you can use the Goblin Glider Kit anywhere on the course to assist you, even waiting for the cooldown with Foresight and using it twice.

You have 2 charges of Foresight. You need to save one for the very end of the course to make the last jump with Prudence. You have one to freely use if you run into strife. I found my second charge the most useful at the second set of Charged Javelin.

This achievement is basic compared to Aerial Ace and should not take you more than a few attempts.

Strangely enough, I cannot complete this challenge this week on my gnome. My friend is able to do such on their worgen and I have seen a troll doing it but sadly I constantly fall through the flowers.

Unsure if because I am a gnome or because I am bugged.

For those of you struggling due to falling through flowers, bear in mind that movement is a client-side action that is replicated server-side with predictive movement. Without going into all of the technical details (many of which I wouldn't know specifics of anyway), your character's location relative to the rest of the world is pinged less often when nothing about your movement state changes.

Although it isn't perfect especially if your latency is high, rotating your character by holding right-click (what you should be doing anyway during this) even the slightest bit as you get nearer to the launch point sends packets to the server to update your location more frequently than if you're holding still and makes it more likely the game will register you landing on the flower. So just give yourself gentle nudges side to side as you're nearing the launch pad and you'll probably find yourself hitting them more consistently, and sometimes even earlier.

I use a similar trick during the Brewfest barrel laps to ensure I can go full speed the entire time and still hit every apple barrel without worrying about missing them (except there I rapidly strafe in passing).

If you are a priest, cast Levitate on yourself to make this a lot easier. I guess Slow Fall works for mages too.

Just do the daily for the first time, and wait until it shows again and do the Paragon's challenge first and you won't fall down, also the daily will completed when the challenge complete.

Note: you can cross the swards easy just save one Foresight option for the last platform or you won't reach it.

I keep glitching through all mushrooms with 17ms. It's silly, I guess I'll just try another time. The world quest worked fine but the paragon challange is extremely glitchy for me.

Levitate makes this achievement trivial. You have about 3x the time between jumps and can easily guide yourself to land exactly where you want. Avoiding the arrows is easy as well. It was so easy I got managed it on my first try after using Levitate and I never used the special ability. EZ.

Slow Fall and similar effects will help, but they don't last long enough to do the entire course. Levitate is a ten minute buff. So if you want to get this achievement done easily, bring a Priest along to buff you.

It wouldn't surprise me if there were in-game items that can give you extended levitate as well.

For mages it is very simple, since you can use Slow Fall while up there! Makes it a piece of cake.

If you're not a priest or mage, you can still utilise a slow fall debuff to trivialise this achievement.

Before attempting the world quest, take the teleporter pad across to the ground level of the Eonian Archives. Run to the back of the platform and take the teleporter pad to the top of the Eonian Archives. Run across and grab the slow fall feather and walk off to return to the start of the world quest area.

Speak to Instructor Severin before starting the world quest in order to switch the slipstream from right to left in order to attempt the paragon challenge.

You now have about 90secs of the slowfall buff to help you attempt the achievement. I was able to get all the way to the end with it but if you run slightly short, you can always use your extra action button to stop yourself in the air and then jump once more.

Use Noggenfogger Elixir for easy mode of the challenge. Use it until you get the slow fall buff and then you can easily go through all the flowers with no problems. You have ~14 seconds and just spam the elixir while in flight. :)

Hey Guys,

If you have a DH just double jump > glide before you hit the launch pad and you stay in glide mode the whole time. Allowing you to easily grab this achievement on the first attempt.

dont finish the WQ the first time, go back to talk to the npc again will have the option to start the hard mode,if u already finish this WQ,u will fall through the flower while doing it

I kept the special ability for the last 2 jumps, didn't need to use it at angels.
Also, i jumped multiple times on a flower until i get high enough to be sure i hit the next one

For anyone without a slow fall ability to make this easier, you can take the anima gateway on the backside of the tower(north) in the middle and at the top there is golden feathers that give you a slow fall for 2 minutes. Not sure if this intended, but it made the achievement very easy for me.

I didn't find the extra ability you get access to useful for avoiding spears. Instead when I noticed I fell through a flower (which happens a lot), I could stop my fall and get an extra jump to possibly save the challenge.

If you fall through the flowers and can't finish the task, make sure you fall into the abyss to avoid death. If you land on a platform, you will die and take damage. Also, after dying a couple times I finally made it to the top, however the quest wouldn't finish. Another bug? I had tom tom enabled, so I disabled this, logged off and back in and was allowed to complete it second time.

Use your extra action button after you bounce from last flower to stop yourself mid-air and then use ot again to propel yourself enough to reach final platform.

So - something that worked for me and seems to aid in the distance of the jumps - is Aspect of the Cheetah when you run across the ramp to get the wings. I tried this a few times and it always seemed like I was barely making it to the outer edge of the flowers and then maybe on the next jump I wouldn't even make it. But once I used Aspect of the Cheetah and ran across the ramp - I found my jumps landed me in the middle of the flowers each time after that...

For the BIG JUMPERS - if you fail to reach the intended flower above - fall back to the BIG flower and try again until you get it.
DO NOT fall on land if you miss a flower - you will die. Always fall into open space.

Ignore the Javelin throwers - I never got hit once. I don't even know why they're there.

As others have mentioned goblin glider, buy it on AH if you dont have already. Easy stuff. Duration is bit short, so maybe use it like 10-50% into the run if you wanna feel safe.

I believe i might have found a way around the "falling through flowers" issue.

Hold right click and make sure your camera is shifting right/left as you come into contact with the flower.

i didn't test it EXTENSIVELY but i immediately stopped falling through any flowers (Both courses) when i made sure my camera was panning as i hit the flower.

The worst bug is lag.

I kept falling through the flowers... except one time when I fell through, appeared back at the starting spot.... then got launched upward as if I bounced off a flower!

This tells me the issue bug everyone's experiencing with this world quest and "landing perfectly, but falling through and failing" is actually lag. You fall too fast for the game to register you hitting the flower!

EDIT: Got the achievement. Don't know if I got lucky with lag or found a clever trick, but... instead of landing in the perfect center of the flower, I always targeted/landed on the flower's outer edge. Worked every time!

You don't actually have to land on the last platform. You'll get credit for the achievement if you miss it slightly.

How i completed it:
Aim your camera straight forward (this requires some knowledge of the route the flowers will be taking)

Always aim yourself toward the edge of the flower closest to the one after

be lucky and dodge the spears by going straight through and on the path, I didnt use one of the extra jumps as i KNEW i needed one for the last jump. Turns out I needed them both on the last leg as it dropped me through a flower.

Here's my tip for beating this. Save your extra jumps until the end. Always land on the edge of a flower towards your next flower. If you hit around the middle of a flower, then us that jump to reland on that same flowers edge to head towards the next one. You can land on them more than once. When you reach the final flowers, just use both of your cheats to complete it.

in order to more easily track your progress on this and other shadowlands achievements that require that specific world quests are available, you can run the following:

Adding to the other class-specific tips here: Druids can use the Wild Charge talent (15sec CD) and do this WQ/achievement in mount (deer) form to add an extra boost of forward momentum to skip a flower or sail over javelins in certain parts of the course. This may enable you save the special ability or forego using it altogether.

One thing that will help you if you keep losing momentum from flower to flower that may not seem obvious: you can bounce on the same flower multiple times. If you catch the (relative to you) very front of a flower just bounce up and land on the other side of that same one and you will re-gain momentum going forward.

I completed this on a demon hunter. 5th (and final) try I realized that Glide is usable. So when I almost missed the flower I glided and it was 2 pairs of wings. I still needed to land on the flowers to gain altitude; otherwise, it was easy.
Tip: Wait until you almost miss or wait until you hit the first flower.

I just completed the challenge, jumped from the last flower to the blue circle at the top of the temple... and nothing happened. I still have the debuff that says I am attempting to complete tha paragon challenge and I didn't get the achievement:(

Edit: I just noticed I have 1/1 Updraft entered showing on the world quest (I have completed the WQ before), so try not to enter the normal WQ accidentaly :D, might be the case why I didn't get the achievement.

Edit2: I just repeated the challenge using the Foresight and afterwards Prudence only once instead of twice and I got the achievement, idk why would that make a difference, it was most likely a bug the first time.

One thing I found helped in addition to those 2, are TomTom coordinates I used because I kept getting turned around in the course. After, "walking the course," on a flying mount, these are the coordinates I used to complete this achievement with relative ease.

This achievement is the best to do on a priest. Use levitate and you will never fall through a flower. You simply have to avoid being shot. I did it first go. That is how easy it is with levitate. So if you have lag issues, levitate is your best friend.

Dunno if this is a recent change, or whether it's always been in but:

You only seem to get two chances to use your HUD skills. You will NEED one of these to make the platform at the end, so that means you HAVE to get past one set of spears without using it. Good luck

THIS IS NOT BUGGED, (OR IT IS THE FIRST DAY) but when u come back next time, DO NOT complete the worldquest, TALK to the NPC right away, and u start the challange, you just need to have completed the world quest once in order to activate the npc challange.

Don't start with the normal world quest, just go and speak with the NPC where you start the challenge to avoid bug. If you struggle to make the last hop, using goblin glider doesn't affect getting the achievement but makes it much easier :)

Pretty easy achievement, got it on the second try. Just waited for the world quest to be available, but instead talked to the NPC for the Paragon's Challenge.

Then hopped in and made sure that each time I was lifted up and then went down I landed on the center or edge of a flower. This involved spinning my character/screen around as I was falling each time to edge my self perfectly.
The arrows being fired were never an issue, they seem to be timed so if you're jumping properly you should be okay.

Once I got to the very top, I used goblin glider to glide on down instead of landing on that last flower. Achievement Completed.
