I found the Crown of Honor on a Dredger spawned from one of the Atonement Crypts .

Grants the permanent ability to designate one of your guests as the Guest of Honor.

Dog Bone's Bone is a drop from on the skeletal hounds found in Maldraxus.

Altar of Accomplishment is bought from Temel.

Racing permit is a reward from the rampart racing WQ.

Tubbins's Lucky Teapot and the Racing Permit come from world quests in Revendreth: Tea Tales and It's Race Day in the Ramparts!.

The Crown of Honor is purchased from a Bored Dredger, found within the locked tombs in the Halls of Atonement.

Racing Permit

Dropped as a reward from the World Quest It's Race Day in the Ramparts!.

I was in War Mode at the time, not sure if relevant.

Edit: It also showed up after becoming Honored with Ember Court, again not sure if relevant.

This is, more or less, where each item comes from and its reputation. There's some disagreement about reputations, so take them with a small grain of salt. Generally things fall at friend or good friend.

Anima-Infused Water - Tribute chest reward from Sika (requires friend)
Altar of Accomplishment - Sold for 25 anima by Temel, the main Ember Court vendor
Bewitched Wardrobe - Tribute chest reward from Lady Moonberry (requires friend)
Bounding Shroom Seeds - Tribute chest reward from Choofa's (requires friend)
Crown of Honor - Sold for 100g by Bored Dredger, a low rate vendor found in locked tombs in the Halls of Atonement outdoor area. Vendor only stays up 20-30 seconds, so buy it fast.
Dog Bone's Bone - Drops from undead/skeletal hounds in Maldraxxus (low-ish drop rate)
Dredger Party Supplies - Tribute chest reward from Rendle and Cudgleface (requires friend)
Generous Gift - Tribute chest reward from Polemarch Adrestes (requires friend)
Kyrian Arsenal - Tribute chest reward from Polemarch Adrestes (requires friend)
Maldraxxi Challenge Banner - Reward from State of Decay (War Mode must be activated to see this quest which is up 6 hours/day)
Necrolord Arsenal - Trbute chest reward from Alexandros Mograine's (requires good friend)
Night Fae Arsenal - Tribute chest reward from Hunt-Captain Korayn's (requires good friend).
Protective Braziers - Tribute chest reward from Mikanikos (requires good friend)

Note that some or all of these may not be a 100% drop. So just because you qualify doesn't mean it might not take a week or two longer.

Note that some of the tribute chest rewards may drop from other tribute chests as well. Please comment if any should do so.

Please also comment if you receive a reward at a lower reputation than what is listed. (Note that rewards are determined -before- you gain reputation from looting a tribute chest.)

June 8th 2021:

Ember Court was: P.D Marileth, Droman Aliothe, Rendle & Cudgelface And Lady Moonberry.
Droman was already Good Friends, and I already had Wild Drum from when he became my Friend 2 courts prior.
Marileth gave me Training Dummies as well as hitting Good Friends
Droman gave me the Ardenweald Ettiquette.
Rendle + pal became Good Friends and gave me Dredger Party Supplies, and Lady Moonberry became Good Friends and gave me the Bewitched Wardrobe.
I've NEVER managed a single dialogue option with Lady Moonberry's Images during the court, so these special bonus events don't seem to be required for anything aside from boosting the happiness of the respective guest.

Super messy party, everyone was elated.

Glimpse of the Wilds (Did NOT do the Niya pick-em-up activity to allow for more messy parameter)

8/10 events were done. No boss with the Uninvited Muckbosses and Hooligans that showed up. It seems if your court favours towards Messy, you will get these guys and they don't seem to ever come with a boss.

Some reason I can't seem to get the night fae arsenal quest, have everything else from chests. I am a bit worried I may have not had inventory space and missed it, but I don't see anything in my mail either. Close to two months trying to get just that one and waiting for tea tales.

Update: Thanks to Tamalpais for the suggestion (worked for me and another).

"If you think you should have received Orders to Gormsmith Cavina (the drop from the from Hunt-Captain Korayn's reward chest) which is supposed to trigger the quest and don't see it - check with Gormsmith Cavina (location 51.6 34.0 in Ardenweald). Despite my never seeing the orders, he had the quest available to obtain the Night Fae Arsenal."

If you are having trouble with the Lucky Teapot because the Tea Tale is never Gubbins and Tubbins:

Apparently based on comments on the Tea Tales achievement, the Tea Tale a toon is offered is based on which they have previously done. My Venthyr needs Gubbins and Tubbins for the Teapot. However, I never seem to see it up and never bothered with the others as I had the achieve on my NF. Just now that NF toon was offered G&T. I quickly switched to my Venthyr and its a different Tea Tale. Light bulb moment - I need to do the Tea Tales offered so that eventually G&T is offered!

Hope this helps anyone else having a similar issue.

Does anyone know if the items to start the arsenal quests can drop again if you lost the quest?

I forgot i had my last one for necrolord in my log when i swapped to work on another covenant a bit. I've done a couple courts since switching back but haven;'t had it drop again.
I just don't know if it can drop again and i just have to wait for it or if it it will never drop again and I'll have to redo this whole thing on another character.

Just wanted to add to previous comments, as an heads up, that the "Arsenal" items do NOT drop directly as a green quality item from the event chests, rather for each one of them you will receive a lead up quest taking you to an NPC in the corrisponding area which will then ask you do complete 5 World Quests, at the end of which you will actually receive the item counting toward the achievement. I actually had 3 of these quests sitting in my log and was wondering why the arsenal items never dropped, so don't make the same mistake as me!

Lost all progress as of patch 10.1.5 when the Racing Permit popped up on It's Race Day in the Ramparts!. The racing permit is now the only thing I show progress on when in reality it was the last one I needed.
