Legends of the Tidesages Part 1: South-West of Brennadam near the waterfall.
You can get there by starting your way from 51.68 78.35.
Go along the mountain to the west you'll come to a small pond with a waterfall, the scroll is on the upper level of that waterfall.
You can get there from the other side of the pond, there is a path up the mountain.
Legends of the Tidesages Part 2: easy to find North from Brennadam on the hill.
Legends of the Tidesages Part 3: West of Briarback Kraul.
There is an ettin river there, you can find the scroll near the pond where the river ends.
Legends of the Tidesages Part 4: on the island North of Fort Daelin. It's on top of the Sabertron rare cave, there is a path up nearby.
Legends of the Tidesages Part 5: Up the mountain East of Warfang Hold.
Start your way at The Clearcut entrance which is at 48.16 42.54 south from Warfang Hold.
Go along the right mountain, pass the goblin shredders you'll come to the path up the mountain at 51.88 38.29.
Follow the path up the mountain, you'll find the scroll near the water
Legends of the Tidesages Part 6: Up the mountain West of Warfang Hold.
To find this scroll start your way at The Clearcut entrance which is at 48.16 42.54 south from Warfang Hold.
Go straight along the left mountain you'll see a horde mining camp with the road up the mountain near the mine entrance at 47.23 35.48.
Take the road up the mountain and you'll find the scroll near the tree.
Legends of the Tidesages Part 7: North of Sagehold near the Horde outpost.
There are two islands on the map separated by the river, the scroll is on the right one.
Legends of the Tidesages Part 8: On the top level of Shrine of the Storm island on the same level as the dungeon entrance.
South-West from the entrance (from map perspective).

To earn Legends of the Tidesages achievement you have to find ancient scrolls in Stormsong Valley.
Few of them you may spot while leveling, others are hidden well in various spots of Stormsong Valley.
If you have not find even one of them you may follow the videoguide which includes all of them in one video.

This is the full Lore of all pages.

In the beginning, we were blind.We were lost. We left the howling streets of our homes in search of greater existence. In the end, we found the sea. Or rather, it found us.

Though the waves howled as home did, it was not the shuttered existence we knew. For most, that was enough. With each writhe came loss, but sustenance. With sustenance, freedom.

We scanned the horizon for home, sailor's eyes on the horzion day and night. We knew not what we sought. A matrimony of earth and tide that might shelter our children from the tumult of life at sea.

As our lord's gifts grew, others too heard the whispers. Soon the very wind in our sails was ours to command -- the waves puhsing us ever onward into the night. With time our hulls impenetrable to event he worst denizens of the deep below.

Stormsong's gifts guides fish into our nets and fresh water into our mouths. No longer were we slaves to the elements. We were masters.

Stormsong was teh frist to hear them. Not the crashing waves at the surface -- gentle whispers, imperceptible to all but him. They guides his mind ever deeper, revealing untold truth of the powers within him. We would never be the same.

The Depth's guidance became clear; they guides us home. A new home. The Land was rich and could provide for endgless generations. We guides others to us, sending our sages to ensure safe passage.

House Stomrsonglaid claim to the most fertile valley in the northern reaches. It took our lord's name as tribute for our gifts. We were home.

I happen to notice after completing this achievement that all the scrolls are now hanging on the big stone statue in front of the entrance of the Shrine of the Storm dungeon. Location of the stone is 77,26 in Stormsong Valley.

Is there a way to complete this achievement as Horde? Everything I've found about doing the "At the Edge of Madness" quest line is for Alliance, so I can't see the scroll in its place at all....

Working on the questline Orders From Azshara, and I'm on Unintended Consequences. I do not see the the 4th Tidesage Scroll anywhere above the Sabertron cave. Is it phased for this questline?

Legends of the Tidesages #4 was not visible to me at all due to phasing until I finished up the Xal'atath quest chain.

Phasing issue on #4 still a problem as of 30 Jan 21. I can fly just South of it and is visible, but disappears if I approach

EDIT: Discovered you need to complete all of the Stormsong Valley quests to overcome this phasing issue. I hadn't completed the small quest chain to milk the goats and make milk and cookies. Once completed, the #4 lore object didn't despawn.
