This is easy hord only achievement.

Part 1: Quests
During Picking a Side you need to choose Gonk loa and after Gonk, Lord of the Pack you get access to Totem of Gonk all over the Zuldazar -> Raptari Rider
Totem of Gonk - 40% move speed and half fall damage for 30sec
Ps. If you coose Pa'ku, you get Totem of Pa'ku (small windriders, use it and fly to some defined location, fast, but you have to find their locations and learn the navigation system) -> Paku'ai

Speak with Chronicler Ash'tari to switch loa in Dazar'alor if you want to.

Part 2: Totems (All over the zone, no point to even provide coordinates)
There are multiple ways to get the achievement.
And they give you 30 secs buff, so you just need to take it 6 times.
You can refresh the buff from the same totem right now, but you have to run away for a short distance to make a refresh.

Easy way to cheat this achievement. There are two totem to the left and right of the totem. Just run in a circle around them for the 3 min. You'll re-earn the buff as you run, roughly at the 20 sec mark it will want to refresh. Keep at it until the achievement pops up.

FINAL EDIT: This bug has now been addressed, you no longer need to complete the Gonk quest to get this achievement. Anyone who switches over to Gonk after choosing Pa'ku first should now be able to get the achievement with no further issue.

This achievement is bugged for me. I've tried multiple times - mounted, unmounted, using the same totems, using different totems. I timed myself and every time I kept the buff active for at least 4 minutes. The achievement never triggered.

I picked Pa'ku first, and got the Paku'ai achievement before I did this one, but I switched over to Gonk no problem and can see all the totems just fine. I'm really not sure why this achievement isn't triggering for me. I've issued a bug report and submitted a ticket, so I'll update this when I get a response.

EDIT: My response from the GM:

I did some research into this achievement as well as your character's progress to hopefully find something that might help. With progression in mind, the developers have designed the game with exploration and discovery at the forefront. That being said, our scope of support is widely defined by the expectations set by the developers and limits our abilities to assist with game hints and progression. Simply put, giving out too much information would take away from the intended unique experience and challenge of playing through the game.

So, basically telling me I'm still missing something. Frustrating, but I guess I didn't exactly expect them to just grant me the achievement. Someone down below mentioned that you may have to complete Gonk, Lord of the Pack first, which I think is probably the case as when I switched from Pa'ku to Gonk the giant quest icon for Gonk, Lord of the Pack appeared on the map on the Zocalo pyramid. Problem is, Wardruid Loti isn't there anymore, and I have no idea where to get the quest (because it's definitely not where the exclamation point on the world map is). I checked Wardruid Loti's current location once you finish the Zuldazar questline, at the Temple of the Prophets, and she doesn't give out the quest there. If that is one of the requirements then unless they make that quest available then this achievement is impossible for anyone who chose Pa'ku first.

I resubmitted my ticket asking if the GM could confirm if Gonk, Lord of the Pack was a requirement, and if so to check to see if the quest was even available at all to people who chose Pa'ku first. I'll update this again when I get a response.

EDIT 2: Second response from GM

Checking further, it does look like other players are reporting that you do need that quest complete in order to get it: Raptari Rider/raptari-rider#comments:id=2594489

The hard part with achievements is that our logs don't always show us the necessary information in order to verify if the criteria was met or if there was an issue. For this achievement, we don't see if the speed was maintained. Our logs don't show if any buffs are active - making it impossible for us to verify what exactly happened. We also can't flag the quest for you if that is the issue :c

Best thing I can suggest here is submitting either a bug report or suggestions so we can make sure it's accessible to everyone.

Unfortunately that's pretty far from an official confirmation since it's just citing a comment on this very achievement article on WoWHead. Looks like those of use who missed out are just going to have to wait for Blizz to hopefully take notice of this issue. Hopefully they do eventually, it would really suck for this achievement to be completely off limits forever.

Edit: After reading comments below it seems the questline is bugged, so this will only work if you chose Gonk and not Pa'ku first.
I've figured it out!
You MUST complete the quest: Gonk, Lord of the Pack to get the statue just behind Wardruid Loti in order for the achievement to work properly.

Can currently (August 2018) be cheesed by just runing a bit from one totem and then back at it again to extend the buff. Do not let the buff drop off or the achievement will reset!

I started with the Paku'ai quest chain and tried to switch to Gonk to do this achievement. No quest available for me to get despite it showing there's a quest available on my map.

Contacted GM about it and this is there response:

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to me! Your friendly neighborhood Specialist Game Master <GM name> here and at your service.

I understand you are having some troubles completing the quest 'Gonk, Lord of the Pack'.

Oh no! I am so sorry that something is preventing you from picking up this quest on <character name>.

As it turns out, this quest is related to the option to choose between two different speed buffs for th Zuldazar zones... Once you make your first choice and have completed the corresponding quests, then you will no longer be able to complete the other quest-line.

It does appear there's a bug causing you to be able to pick up the quest in the first place but this is being investigated. We wouldn't be able to finish this quest for you because it will only break things.. Please just abandon this quest and ignore it for now, it should be fixed up soon!

So it appears I'll have to level another char and get them to BFA expansion to get this achievement and start with Gonk and not Paku'ai.

Hope that saves you guys some time not spending 2 hours trying to dance around totems hoping the achievement will pop like I did.

I easily did this achievement in the Zocalo at Dazar'alor. Just begin at about 41.47, 26.66, and run around the big tree continuously. There are three totems that you will run through or close to as you go around the tree, and you'll get the achievement after three minutes.

I started with Pa'ku and changed to Gonk by speaking with Chronicler Ash'tari. I had already completed all the Zandalar quests, which meant Wardruid Loti was standing next to King Rashtakan at the top of the pyramid, ready with the Gonk quest. I went to Gonk and "bargained" with him, but afterwards I could not turn in the quest to the Wardruid Loti that is standing next to King Rashtakan, and there was no one to accept the quest further down the pyramid where the quest icon was showing.

I then tried to run around with the speed buff for 5+ minutes to no avail. It's still bugged.

If you are trying to do this achievement after having initially picked Pa'ku and you picked up the quest Gonk, Lord of the Pack and got stuck because of the phasing issue, abandon it until it gets fixed because the entire Garden of the Loa area gets phased out as well and you will not be able to pick the Shadra and Gonk scrolls for the A Loa of a Tale achievement and you will be unable to do any World Quest that is active in that area.

They hotfixed it today. You don't need the Gonk, Lord of the pack quest either you can just go run around the 2 totems now.

I changed from Pa'ku to Gonk today (you can do that at Chronicler Ash'tari in Dazar'alor) and startet running (without mount) right in front of where the Chronicler is located. You can run around the Statue there and use the two totems in turn .It was no problem finishing the Achievement within the three Minutes :) Good place if you want to change back to Pa'ku after ;)

If you switched Loa you may need to abandon Gonk, Lord of the Pack first
You can do laps around the two Gonk totems at the Altar of Gonk in Dazar'alor

I, like many others here was unable to complete the quest Gonk, Lord of the Pack after switching from Pa'ku. I was concerned that this would block my progress on this achievement having already read some of these comments, and submitted a ticket. The response said it was safe to abandon the quest, so I did, and was able to complete the achievement just fine. GM response below:

Hello,

My name is Pengerothi, a Supervisor here at Blizzard Entertainment, and I've been able to take a look at your issue today. I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to contact us, and hope this finds you well :D

I understand you can't turn in your quest "Gonk, Lord of the Pack" as the npc isn't there. After some digging, we see what may have caused the NPC to not show up. You have already completed the quest "Pa'ku, Master of Wind", and having done that quest, you won't be able turn in the quest you have now. You are safe to abandon the "Gonk, Lord of the Pack" quest at this time.

If you're trying to change the buff you get, you should be able to speak with Chronicler Ash'tari in Dazar'alor to do so.

Totem of Gonk seems useless for Druids with travel form, Pathfinder and Swift landing. The 40% from the two makes Gonk not do anything at all.

There are speed of gonk totems all over you can use. There are two right around the Altar of Gonk right by Chronicler Ash'tari when you talk to her and change the loa thats represented in Zuldazar to Gonk. There's even another totem closer to her by the steps.

You don't need to keep running. You just have to maintain the buff for 3 minutes, not run in circles for 3 minutes. Every time you run through a totem, the buff's remaining time resets to 29 seconds. You can use the same totem over and over again to keep resetting your buff. Just keep in mind right after you pass through a totem and get the buff reset to 29 sec, you cant reset it again from it for 10 seconds (until 19 seconds remaining) so you have plenty of time and can use the same totem over and over.

So run through it, wait for the buff to be about 10 seconds remaining (about 20 sec later) and pass through it again. wait another 20 seconds and go through again, rinse and repeat. just watch the buffs remaining time and make sure it doesn't fall off and that it resets to 29 seconds everytime you pass through it.

Done it today with 349 ilvl DH, Easy Peasy. Jump (1) almost one shotted the whole group of trolls.

You can earn this achievement while mounted. You just need to maintain the speed boost buff.
So, even with just 160% riding most characters will move faster riding than running with the buff.
And if you're not keen on cheesing a small circuit; you might want to go riding for this achievement.

That said, it would be interesting to learn of what, shall we say "legitimate", running routes can earn this.
