This achievement for the mount can be farmed on live in 30 mins or less, in the cave that the WQ rare Priscilla spawns in, northern Antoran Wastes. The imps in the room are small mobs and spawn infinitely with stupidly fast respawn rates. Get a group of 5 going and have 1 person in each room, likely to be hotfixed very fast.

Get a group to farm the infinite spawns in Darkfall Ridge. Those demons count as non-trivial and we did it in less than an hour.

Farming the demons from the legion portals just before Krokul Hovel in Krokuun is fast and mindless.

In a group of five, I killed 100 demons in 3 minutes, 30 seconds. It's best to do this with five people max, and at an uncontested portal, as you'll lose tags otherwise.

Non-stop re-spawns, plus the majority of the mobs are skin-able.

This Series of achievement is a reference to Duke Nukem 3D which Duke says at the start of E3M1, "It's time to kick-ass and chew bubblegum... and i'm all out of gum."
which in itself is a homage/reference to the Movie 'They Live' where the main character states during the iconic Bank scene: "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick-ass... and I’m all out of bubblegum."

Considering the order which the achievement is ordered, this is more of a reference to Duke3D rather than They Live, otherwise the Mana Buns achievement would come before To Kill Demons achievement.

Origin
While many believe the quote originated from the video game Duke Nukem 3D, it actually comes from the 1988 movie They Live. In the movie, a man named Nada, played by Roddy Piper, finds a pair of sunglasses which lets him see that aliens are disguised as humans, and discovers hidden subliminal messages everywhere. Nada then steals a police shotgun and whist evading the police stumbles into a bank proclaiming “I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass…and I’m all out of bubblegum.”

For those with alts and wondering... the count between toons in unique to them, so you'll need to do all 2,000 kills (or 5,000 if you're going for the title) on the same toon.

If you've got the world quest Gladius (Gladius) up in Antoran Wastes, you can use it to one-shot demons. At the time of writing this comment, the kills count towards the achievement. Just take care not to destroy all of the spires, so you can remain in the vehicle for as long as you want.

Did 300 in 10 minutes in Darkfall Ridge. Make a custom group and get some pugs. Makes it go way faster.

Open netflix, zone out and spam aoe. Enjoy.

Darkfall Ridge / Krokuun, Argus
/way 60.34, 78.26

A bonus tip as enhance shaman, you can go afk with your Fury of Air and Ghost Wolf active on exact coordinats of (60.34, 78.26).
Also Roots of Shaladrassil or Prydaz, Xavaric's Magnum Opus will prevent u even look at game for hours, I got my And We're All Out of Mana Buns with this way, while I am not even home.

Just did this achievement (09/18 2018) at where Puscilla spawns.
I was stading behind her for the imps to be in range faster. Worked like a charm, didn't take long at all. Lots of players comes there wanting to kill her though.

best area is for sure the one mentioned here.
ww monk rushing jade wing / spinning crane kick, chi torpedo to aggro & insta kill all mobs without looking , stopping or anything (also using the new 'free' spinning crane azerite trait, does wonder for massive aoe kills like this) . Can't beat this : around 1100 kills to finish the achievement in about 40 mins. took 2 breaks because it's the easiest but most boring grind ever (apart from the hilarious situation where all allies wankers around were desperate to kill something ahah and my count was going and going ,, thank you my fellow Alliance Blond Shiny Armor Ohh So Scaary Paladins Donkeys , big love ! (& try again ;)
also to mention : nice pile of gold at the end

An excellent spot I found is in the Antoran Wastes' Felfire Armory, there's 14 mobs there and they Spawn almost immediately.

So I basically farmed ~1000 kills last night within the space of half an hour in a neat little spot called Darkfall Ridge in Krokuun, directly under the Vindicaar. /way 63 82
Right at the starting area for the Argus campaign, theres a small group of allies fending off an endless number of legion. You'll know you're there because Khadgar is there too.
About 10 Demons spawn and head towards the corner every 15 seconds or so, sometimes it's difficult to just kill them all before they start assaulting again. There is also no trivial mobs here either.
I think, with enough patience you could reach And We're All Out of Mana Buns within a matter of hours and adorn the title.

Once you get this achievment, you'll get the Bleakhoof Ruinstrider in the mail straight away!

I tried farming it in a raid, but in a raid most enemies that count only give credit if you tag it. And at 60 most enemies die instantly if not a 1shot.
It's best farm the best spots in at most a 5man party, other than that one world quest where it's better in a raid.

If you're doing this on a demon hunter in dragonflight, and you have Fodder to the Flame enabled in your havoc talents, a demon will occasionally spawn that can be killed with throw glaive. This demon counts for the achievement!

For this I would do Intact Demon Eye farms, you'll easily pass 2000 demons going for either 1000 or 2000 eyes. The Locus can be cheesed by having someone else use it for you then if you're a vulpera you can set a camp up there so it's better to save up for the pet or toy.
